The salesmen were friendly and hospitable. I had a great onsite experience but something was screwed up when it got to my bill. (which is why 2 stars) Whereas they told me my monthly fee would only go up $5 but it went up $45. In addition, the first months activations were never removed like they promised. I added a 4th unneeded line to decrease my monthly bill further yet was I charged additionally for it. I called Verizon when I received my updated recurring bill and spent 80 minutes on the phone with them correcting it. The 4th line was added incorrectly so I just removed it and the agent was able to add the correct discounts bringing my bill to the promised rate.

Outstanding service at this location. Devon and Quinn helped us buy a new phone for my son and were kind, respectful and very knowledgeable about the phones, Verizon and overall cellphone plans. We got an amazing deal because of their experience directing us to the right plan and phone. In addition, when I returned to the store upset because my emailed bill didn’t reflect what I thought it should, they were very patient and understanding and did an excellent job calming me down and explaining the situation ( Basically, I wasn’t reading the bill right and they helped me figure it out). They could not have handled an irate customer (me!) better! They are just really good people. I’m very impressed and highly recommend this location.

The staff at the Chaska Verizon store are kind, respectful and very knowledgeable about the phones, Verizon and overall cellphone functionality. Highly recommend. I'm writing this from my new Samsung S24 Ultra and love it.

We had a great experience with Chase. He was informative, thorough and offered experienced recommendations. As I’m not very tech oriented he made me feel very comfortable in asking questions. We left there very satisfied and happy with our purchases, set ups and service.

Took my trade in - and never applied it to my new phone. Verizon Corporate even said my new phone isn’t marked as a trade in, so I’m out $800+ currently. I’ve tried reaching out to the store twice to get this fixed, and have received vague promises of when they’ll get back to me. So far it’s been about three weeks of run around.Stay away - either their organization is terrible, or they have five finger discount sales guys that management won’t address.
