Initially had good experience with this store, but the driver changed this. The driver refused to even accept my package, not even the store would help me. I highly recommend you go somewhere else!

What a great store. I was greeted very nicely upon entering. I had to return something to Amazon. The employees offered to put the return stickers on for me and made the experience so easy. Very nice people work here and made the experience pleasant!!!!! I will definitely come back again! Also its in a nice shopping center with a lot of parking.

I went to return packages, although I printed the return slips, I was told they won't scan and they will have to charge me $2.19 to reprint said return slips. I pay for Amazon prime and free returns, why is UPS charging me for a sheet of paper? Absolutely assanine.

Staffs in store 7416 are amazing as always , at my visit today Tyler was help me with old blue print scan, very patience ! While James is multi tasking with helping other clients!! Appreciate them both !!!!

I had been going to the Shakopee UPS, horrible there. I came into the Chaska store, and the people are wonderful and the service was awesome.!

Weird place. I know it’s tough to find good help these days, but I think the least you can do is greet the customer who comes in and then say thank you. Not too much to ask I suppose?I am changing my review. I walked in there today and the place was completely different from what I had experienced the other day. People said hello, thank you-it was much improved.This coming from a business owner. I never take customers for granted.

Susan provided such wonderful service today! It was a process that took a lot of tries due to the sensitivity of the scanner, and she never once showed any impatience or frustration. Made the whole ordeal so much easier and less stressful.
