Not happy with today's experience, I made arrangements to drop the car off at 6am, so they could start at 7:30, as the tech said it would be best if you could drop it off early, done. I said on the paperwork that I would be back at 10am to get it, however, gave them an extra 1/2 hour 10:30. Got there and they had not even started, definitely didn't understand, as I had to pre-pay for the work yesterday, never had to do that before. Well I was there until almost 1pm before it was done, not sure about all the charges, did not get the $20.00 coupon, maybe should have had one, as the work was almost $500.00. However this other tech figured out how to give me the $20.00 refund, not a good day there, definitely wasted my time coordinating an early morning drop off, I knew they were busy but they should have informed me

The service, value, and people were outstanding...5 stars! I set and confirmed an appointment for an oil change through their webpage, and printed their coupon for $48.99 (great price BTW). When I showed up, I was told that they didn't have my appointment, and that they couldn't take the coupon because there wasn't a 'code' on the coupon....not a great start. Fortunately, the service writer said they could still get the oil change done and she had a coupon for $49.99 (I'm not going to argue over one dollar). In the end, they got me in and out relatively quick, did a great job, and at a great price! I'll be back.

Dropped car off for an oil change and it took them EIGHT HOURS to complete it. I had to call them to see if it was done... They couldn't even let me know. I'll go to quick oil change next time

Pleasantly greeted when I arrived. Just had a service appointment for an oil change. They completed a checklist on my car and all was done within about 45 minutes. I appreciate knowing I should have a smooth ride going forward. Thank you for the complimentary coffee as well!

Hi, I just wanted to post a review thanking everyone that was involved with working on my car and handling the whole situation. For the people that keep coming to post on the reviews page for TGK Automotive after reading a Facebook post my mother made, I just want to say that the manager did reach out to me when he became aware of the situation and apologized for what I went through. TGK did end up giving me a refund and for all the trouble I went through they even put in a part I needed for my car free of charge. So please all I ask is that people stop coming here to post negative reviews based off that post now that everything has been resolved. I do appreciate the support from everyone and I do appreciate everyone at TGK for resolving the whole situation in a respectful and timely manner after becoming aware of the situation. fall 2024: Back at TGK again this fall, this time for alternator work; Mike (manager) was great to work with! He talked to the tow truck driver when vehicle was dropped off, called me to update on what they found, took care of the warranty paperwork (alternator was still under warranty and Mike made sure I was charged nothing for the part and labor). I'll continue to use TGK for all my car needs because of the great service I always get there!
spring 2024: The team took the time to explain what they were seeing, what work was being done, and keeping me updated on the timing for completion. Will be my go-to place for car needs moving forward.
