My 2015 Equinox stopped working on me and it would've been a whole kidney and a half to fix so I decided to trade it in. Hailey was amazing I love her personality and she went above and beyond to accomodate us. I've been to other dealerships where they've been short and unwilling to help but I 100% will definitely come back here! Everyone was so nice!

UPDATE 4-15-2024
Jeff Lenzen is working with us towards a resolution.
The salesperson did not disclose a serious issue with a used car that was purchased. I know used cars are "as is" but this issue had to have been obvious to someone at the dealer. It was impossible for us to know about it until after the purchase. We reached out to Lenzen but they denied there was any issue. Not even an invite for further discussion.

And now down to 1 star The hail damage is no where near major it is considered cosmetic your lack of knowledge on appraisal of vehicles really showed. I had done extensive research and with the hail damage the truck has and withoit the fact of the running boards and the fact the frame has been undercoated to protect against rust and some other additional upgraded the truck valued higher then your value even at the lowest listed value still 2500 more then your offer Which still greatly goes againts the claims on your website so obviously you did not do your reasearch before making an offer and sense you had to rely on a buddy over a phone call tells me that your offers are low ball offers and inaccurate. The people there are pretty nice however there website should be changed to say trade ins we pay less then bottom dollars for your vehicle cause that us exactly what we were offered for out vehicle for the condition our vehicle is in for trade in it values 18,000 mid point without any of the extras it has and in worse condition then it is on the bottom value is about 16,900 there highest offer was 14,500 yea not even close to top dollar trade/buy offer as there websites states they pay top dollars would be about 19,900

I had an oil change done, and they found that I needed new air filters. They called and asked before they replaced, incase I didn't want to spend the money for it. That was very thoughtful!
