It's gone downhill significantly since they bought Kleinbank. The automated phone system is absolutely brutal to get through to a live person, worst I've ever dealt with at any company. Now there's no fee free ATM's between Chaska and Mankato, which is absurd for a bank corporation their size. They're in it for the almighty dollar, service is not even a consideration for them.

Been with Klein/Old National over 20 years. Also surprised at a few of the bad reviews. I have always had very good customer service.

I've banked here for many years. Never had an issue. I'm not an employee, but I'm pretty sure they would nod yes to this review.Basically you won't have any problems with any bank if you try to do the following:1) Manage your money. I'm very middle class, not rich. But I have no issues saving and managing my expenses so I'm not living hand-to-mouth. Please don't freak out and leave a 1-star review when the bank hasn't deposited the funds 10 seconds after you deposit a check. That's more of a reflection on you, not the bank.2) Stop asking the bank to do things for you when you don't bother to have an account there. A bank is not a public service for everyone, it's a private business.3) A bank is not a fast food drive through. Don't be upset when you can't get through in 2 minutes. If you want to get upset at someone, then focus on the real problem: people who want to go through the drive through to apply for a mortgage, argue for 10 minutes about the balance on their account, etc.These three things account for 90% of the poor reviews here. I'm sure there are countless others like me who have never had an issue with Old National Chaska downtown location.

I would give a negative number if I could.The staff at the chaska office are great. Its their corporate experience that leaves the customers lacking. A payoff was sent to the corporate office per instructions and the amount differed and rather than reaching out to the title company to report the difference and resolve to return the over payment... they won't cut a check to retun the money for 15 additional days. This causes the loss of interest on my side and they do not vare its their policy.

I have never had poor service at this bank so am very surprised to see these reviews. I belonged to Klein Bank for 19 years before it was bought by Old National. My only complaint was that they would not accept a home appraisal when I applied for a loan even though the appraisal was only 3 months old. However, that was when they were still Klein bank . I just went somewhere else for the loan.

I was supposed to get a card in the mail never happened then they tell my wife that they know I haven't gotten my card yet and I have to go back in to have them resend the card not professional at all

Avoid this bank at all costs(there are a lot of hidden ones). You are better off at a bigger bank

I always rejoice when the drive thru is empty when I get there! They are understaffed and set up poorly for success! Today I got there and wanted a change order for my business. I would have called it in before I got there, but they never answer the phone. It goes to automated voicemail. I was second in line in the commercial lane and waited 24 minutes to get to the window! Multiple people waiting in all lines!!! Re-open the old branch at Chaska Commons! Far better customer service!

The drive up the past 6 months is horrible slow, please open your doors so we can come in. If we can enter a store is safe to come in a bank. I'm ready to switch banks!!

Finally done with this worthless bank and it feels like a weight has lifted off of me. Thank you lord Jesus. I thought I’d never see the day, thank God. Stay far away from these people. And Mariana is less than professional.
