“I went in today to pick up a specific tool that I'd researched online. Unfortunately when I went to the location that the HD website told me it was in, the model I wanted was completely gone. While I was standing there trying to figure out my options, an associate named Brenda approached me, asked if I needed help, then proceeded to track down a couple of models for me in an unusual location - she then volunteered to grab me a bigger pushcart, and got another associate named Jesus to help load it up. She searched for it like she was looking for it herself, and I appreciated it so much! Then Jesus was kind enough to walk out with me and load it into my car.
