Horrible customer service I went inside to pay to get gas asked for $15 on the pump paid with a credit card got approved and they said I was good to go. Walked back to the pump to start gas and en employee walked out yelling at me telling there was a problem with my card and would have to pay again. I looked at my bank statement and they already had taken the money out of my account. But yet he kept blaming my credit card. I left the gas station with no gas. Went to another gas station and it worked immediately. Called and asked to speak to a manager and no manager on weekends. I asked them to leave the manager a message for me and they immediately hung up I will never return to this gas station. I am now out $30 for only $15 dollars worth
UPDATE: I called the store and talked with a manager unbelievable horrible customer service. Said it could take up to 3 days to refund my card but couldn’t give me a reason why it had to be refunded. And told me that she will have to talk to the employees and watch the videos camera. Told her I was a regular as I stop in there 2 to 3 times a week and only work a mile down the road. Told her I would never return there and she didn’t even offer to make things right. EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAS STATION

I went to this store to get a drink with my boyfriend and his little sister and as we were leaving my boyfriends sister asked “if we saw that” and when I asked what it was she said when we were checking out, there was a younger woman scanning our items when an older male employee came over GRABBED her behind and smacked it! Then told her he’d take over I wasn’t paying attention at the time and I only saw the older guy checking us out but my boyfriends sister said the woman looked at her looking extremely upset and uncomfortable, I’m completely appalled by what she had to see I’m also disappointed in myself that I didn’t see it because I would have confronted him . If the manager this store sees this please check the footage on your cameras on 12/4/2022 between 6:10pm and 6:25pm I believe that’s the time we were there the man was older with dark grey, and light gray hair and facial hair he was shorter and wasn’t wearing a name tag I’m not mentioning the woman’s appearance for her own safety and privacy. If you’d like to know more information I’d be willing to talk more privately as well.

I came in today on the first snow season of the year to fill up my empty gas tank. (I know it's on me to fill my tank before it gets to empty) however as I pulled in my car literally died at the pump. I go in to use the ATM and the machine ate my card. I go to the register to see if there is anything, ANYTHING, to help me get my card back or even a number to call. Instead I was told they have nothing to do with those machines and they have no information and to basically get lost then turned their backs and refused to help me anymore. I then had to contact the police department becaus I was now stranded at the gas station with no information on how to to even get my card back let alone some money off the card to get some gas to go home. It took the officer two minutes in the store to get the information about the machine. I am absolutely disgusted with how the MANAGER of the store dealt with me. Very unprofessional. And then to lie about something simply because you don't want to get up and look for it. Pathetic.

Rude male clerk! Didn't give my reciept and acting hard. Mad for no reason cause he's having a bad day. Maybe because I was in my uniform and he felt type of way.

I cant stand when people id me for a lighter to light a grill or are not paying attention to customers in line. Both employees were talking with each other and another employee with customers in line, one of them was a gentleman that was talking about a woman's features in line, I dont think I will be coming back to this establishment with the way they treat or talk about there customers.
