Be prepared to be harassed by employees if you order from here. I politely declined their membership option several times via email and now I’m being hounded via phone. When I again declined I was hung up on before I could finish my sentence. Just so you know what to expect.Update: Company blocked me on social media for sharing my experience of harassment on their page.

Love the slip on women's sneakers, Item P20930. So comfortable and easy to slip on and off. Great travelling through security at airports. I walk up to 5 miles most days in these shoes. Great value and incredible prices. Thanks for continuing to offer great items at very reasonable prices.

I purchased a radio about a year ago and yesterday I received an alert from my credit card for a $48 new charge, this was a huge surprise as I had made no orders, so I called Heartland Customer Service to determine the nature of this new charge, I was told that it was put there for free shipping? I mentioned that I requested no such service, the rep then asks me if I want to downgrade to a $29 free shipping service, and I tell them absolutely not and requested to remove the $48 charge that i never requested, the rep declines, so am going to now say that this is a scam and everyone beware of this company, I have contacted my credit card and this charge will be declined.

I had a problem with the $10.00 off coupon if you signed up for e-mails. I placed my order and the $10.00 off did not come up. I still placed the order and complained that I did not receive the coupon until after I placed my order.Well they contacted me and I did get the $10.00 credit. So all ends well and I will continue to order from Heartland.

Charged my 83yr old mother with dementia for 2 subscriptions ($93.26) on a credit card I was planning to close. When I called, the lady didn't seem to care or have sympathy for her situation.

3 pc bathroom hardware was misrepresented. Advertised as Delta Windemere but received Delta Providence collection. Customer service would not issue a return shipping label and wanted to charge a $9.50 return fee. Wasn't my error.

The last order I made they asked me did I want to renew my membership I told them no now I get something saying I've been automatically reinstated my membership I did not give approval for that I told him I didn't need it at the time but they did it anyway
