Absolutely terrible experience, went in at 11am and got on the wait list because I was not able to do it online due to too many people already checked in. Waited 2 hours never received a text then when I called in they said my name had been removed from the wait list and I would have to re enter the wait list and it would be another 2 hour wait. Wasted 4 hours of my day and was not able to get my haircut in time for event I had planned.
