Managers likes to get on the intercom and remind adults not to have more than one cart when NO ONE has but one cart. Also, they like to yell at adults for going past a red line when they bring out the bins even at times NO ONE is past the red line. I hear from other customers all the time how they get yelled at for things that aren't happening or they are brand new and haven't learned the process. Also, they run this place like a retail store NOT a WHOLESALE store. They have increase their prices by as much as 588% from when they first opened in 2017.

We were at a conference in Bloomington recently. I agreed to accompany my husband as long as I got a trip to the bins. We had a great time and got some cool stuff for $20. The next day we went back because we had so much fun. Very friendly staff and customers were nice too!

If your going to donate furniture DONT, I’m a long time donator to this company and I just brought in a table and chairs and I’ve always brought the table’s in with legs unscrewed as I usually do to make it easier to move and I’ve never once had anyone tell me not to. Well today an older man came out to my truck yelling and swearing at me that he going to “call the cops” because I brought the table with the legs apart. Not only was he unprofessional and down right rude he had the audacity to immediately just start yelling at me. I would have very gladly taken the table back and put it together for him but for him to just start swearing and yelling at me is uncalled for and incredibly disrespectful behavior on his part.

weird gloomy basement vibes, and the cashier didn't say anything. I would only recommend if you have kids/babies, tons of kids/babies clothes. The large bins are NOT organized whatsoever and 1 bin smelled like pee... I found 3 shoes i liked but none of the other side. ?

So. The GW bins are already picked thru/unsold inventory but the bin store still has "pickers" who go thru and take everything out that they think is valuable. There is an ongoing problem with moldy items/wet items/mice etc. because the inventory boxes are kept in storage for long periods of time

Had plenty of stuff. It was a calm outlet store. We went 1.5 hours before closing and they took 75 % of the bins away. Only left one row until close.

I’ve heard about the goodwill bins but I’m not into thrifting and I had no reason to go. That was until I realized I can get so many clothes for under $10. I was there for about an hour and got multiple sweatshirts, all of which were clean and not stained or worn. It requires some patience to find things, especially if there’s a crowd, but for the price I think it’s worth it. Some name brands as well. Clothes are something like $1.50 a pound and they weigh your clothes at the checkout. All items in the picture cost a total of $12. Bring gloves if you plan on really digging in some of the stuff since there are a few dirty items.

I have a story to tell. It happened a couple of months ago. I couldn't talk about it because I would get emotional and cry every time I think what happened on that day at Chaska wholesale. There is a group of "friends " , they all in early 20s. One young man always bring his Louis Vuitton bag with him. He brings different one every day, but always Louis Vuitton. He is a reseller, like all other people from his group. They DO NOT LIKE COMPETITION. If you will become a competitor, they will find the way on how to sabotage you, so you never come back to that store again. It happened to me because I was interested on finding the designer bags, so as the boy with Louis Vuitton bag. While I was looking at the bin, he walked by and dropped his Louis Vuitton bag into my cart and covered it up with my other items from the cart so I don't see it right away. Then, he reported to manager that I stole his Louis Vuitton bag. The manager found his bag in my cart and asked me to leave the store immediately or he will call a police. I was in total shock. I never steal anything in my entire life. I would never do staff like that. I am an honest person. Now I know why this horrible young person brings Louis Vuitton bag to the second hand store, to get rid of competitors. They are , the group of young " friends" , very creative on how to sabotage people . I do not go to that store anymore, but I heard so many horrible stories from other resales who became victoms of these horrible young people.

It was a fun experience, took my kids there over break and got some good deals! I would like to note that there was a "smell". But their employees are so kind and helpful to the customers. ?
