I scheduled a haircut online but when I got to the store, they told me they didn't enough time to cut my hair & would need to reschedule. They said I booked the wrong type of haircut online but didn't contact me before hand.

Sarah Z is the best! I have been coming in for years and always have had great results whether it's a cut, blow dry and style, foils Etc... I will never go anywhere else.

Had an appointment for 12:20 sat there till 12:45 and finally just left. The only time the staff even said anything to me was when I frist walked in and said they would be with me shortly. But not another word the whole 25 minutes I sat there. I wouldn't have been so unhappy or walked out if they acknowledged the fact that it was 25 minutes after my appointment.

Kira did such a great job with my trim. I greatly appreciate her listening to what I wanted (and what I didn't) and cutting my hair just the way I wanted. Highly recommend and definitely will book with her again!Service: Haircut

I Book an appointment to get my hair done on 07/12/23 they completely damaged my hair, I when back on 07/13/23 they refused to fix my hair or return my money, I was told by Sarah I was going to get charged $120 and I ended up getting charged $160 not only do they damage my hair they chopped up my hair too. And they call the police on me, because they said I was causing disturbing just because I was asking them to fixed my hair or give me the money back, there solution was to bang me for a year of the salon instead of fixing my damage hair, I guess the story will be different it I was a withe person, but I'm Hispanic, I guess that changes everything.Services: Haircut

From losing too many good friendly stylists every season to some stylists having ghetto trash attitudes this is no longer a salon of choice nor are the neighboring ones either. I recommend you all go hang out at the commons and frequent great clips instead. This fantastic sams used to be a good spot.

When I came in, I showed the picture. I consistently said that I wanted it long in the front. Lower than my eyes. Now I have a duck tail, my hair doesn't go past my eyes, , they didn't do well with the shaping, and there's a weird patch in the back. All I got was a deadpan "sorry". This isn't the first time either. Last time I went in there was a different lady that cut it way too short. I'm never coming back here.Service: Haircut

Let me start off by saying the Chaska location is by far the best location I’ve ever been to. The team is so friendly and each stylist truly cares that you are happy with the outcome. I have medium length hair but a lot of it and I always get a full highlight. I’ve been happy with the results every time. Salsa, my hair is beautiful. Thank you!

All the stylists are very caring about your personal needs, they remember you as a person not just a client. Their talents never seize to amaze me, they are incredibly talented and you'll always leave there feel like a million dollars!
