Overall decent experience. Way better than Walgreens in chaska, that place is an absolute nightmare. Don't ever go there unless you want to wait long periods of time and nothing is ready for you. They are out of stock of many drugs and take forever to get them. At least this CVS seems to have stock and the waiting isn't nearly as bad as the Walgreens. Hope this helps anyone looking to find a drug store in chaska.

I brought my mom to fill an urgent prescription. We arrived at 125 and were waiting in the area. At 130 we were told they were closing and closed the door in our face. The gal was rude. There were 6 people working, not sure why everyone needs to ho on break at the the same time.Update I went to the bathroom in the main target and an employee was washing his bare foot in the sink.

I’m not sure what the other reviews are getting at. The pharmacist and the staff are nothing but wonderful. They deal with unkind customers, their entire workday. They are an asset to the Chesca community.

Rude female pharmacist. rude female tech...both not an asset to CVS...was told to "google" the phone number of the nearest medical emergency room (less than a mile away) to clarify the dosage amount of prescription I was trying to fill for my 92 year old mother. Isn't that their job? Long story short- Go somewhere else if you value your time and patience.

I agree that the staff is rude for absolutely no reason. I’m prepared, know my stuff and concise with my questions/requests-I feel bad for older people who need more help. A lot of businesses are understaffed including Target themselves but it’s not okay to be rude. Why do we accept this from pharmacy employees but would never from Starbucks/Target employees, Healthcare providers, etc?

This CVS is part of Target. There is no drive thru. This CVS works well to get groceries (Target), coffee at Starbucks and your RX. It is convenient and easy to get to. They provide accurate information, vaccinations, and ease of access to pick up medicine.

The pharmacist is rude for no reason. I’m just trying to pick up my meds. She needs to be fired or replaced. I would recommend going somewhere else

Only person there when it opened and the provider turned me away saying they were to busy today and I need to schedule an appointment even though they are a walk in clinic as well. All I needed was a flu shot. Would have taken 2 minutes but she was already overwhelming flustered without anybody there. Don’t waste your time.

The people here are fine and pleasant but simply being inside a Target is not enough reason to go there any longer. They are usually under staffed and when I asked, they said this is just how corporate schedules them. They have 4 computers to check people out but 1 of them seems to have abilities the other 3 do not. Being told multiple time, “this computer cant tell me that. You’ll have to go back into the line and wait for the other computer”. What year is this?? Also, what 3rd party are you using for your automated calling. Using the same system for both SPAM calling and actually updates is a terrible model, because then people will treat them all as SPAM! Switched pharmacies, already having much better experience.
