“Update:I am updating my review from 2 Stars to 4 Stars. Unexpectedly I received a phone call from the District manager who was kind enough to talk me through my frustrations. I was also able to talk to the manager of the store who was lovely.I am glad that my review was taken seriously. I feel validated and more confident to continue business with Wings Financial. Thank you so much for your care.End Update.I don't know the tellers' name, but he's a tall African man. Every time I go to this specific bank I always get this guy. He is absolutely horrible. I've had different tellers before and they were all very helpful and professional.This guy is not helpful. He leans back in his chair while talking with me as if he's at home. He never makes the payment to my loan how I want it, or doesn't even ask how I want it done. At this point I just don't even try to make a fuss about it anymore. When I ask him questions, he doesn't know the answer to them. He takes forever to look around in the computer or find someone to help give me an answer. Honestly, I don't even think he knows what he is talking about half the time.This guy has been here for months already, why isn't he making any improvements?If there's a review I can take, please send it to me.This teller needs to be re-educated on his customer service skills and bank information. I hope the bank follows up with this teller because this is a disgraceful representation of Wings Financial Credit Union.”

“I've banked here for many years. Never had an issue. I'm not an employee, but I'm pretty sure they would nod yes to this review.Basically you won't have any problems with any bank if you try to do the following:1) Manage your money. I'm very middle class, not rich. But I have no issues saving and managing my expenses so I'm not living hand-to-mouth. Please don't freak out and leave a 1-star review when the bank hasn't deposited the funds 10 seconds after you deposit a check. That's more of a reflection on you, not the bank.2) Stop asking the bank to do things for you when you don't bother to have an account there. A bank is not a public service for everyone, it's a private business.3) A bank is not a fast food drive through. Don't be upset when you can't get through in 2 minutes. If you want to get upset at someone, then focus on the real problem: people who want to go through the drive through to apply for a mortgage, argue for 10 minutes about the balance on their account, etc.These three things account for 90% of the poor reviews here. I'm sure there are countless others like me who have never had an issue with Old National Chaska downtown location.”
