The best thing I could tell you about why you should go to Auto Pros is I’ve been going to them for 39 years. Today I went for an alignment and Tyler. The mechanic absolutely nailed it. Joe, the front desk guy and also mechanic kept me apprised throughout the day what was happening. And the cost $105 with tax. If I would’ve gone to a Toyota dealer the same alignment would’ve cost me over $200.
Hey Toyota owners. This shop is the real deal. Got a new Rav4 and steering wheel out of alignment and dealer says it is within specs. They said they would fix it and 3 days later steering wheel again out of alignment. Took it to Auto Pros who said Toyota did and alignment without doing the required steering wheel alignment. Forget the dealership and to to Auto Pros in Chaska and soon another shop in Shakopee. Honest mechanics and shop front desk guys. I have been going here for 39 years.

Friendly and professional. Fixed the issue quickly. Pointed out something dangerous another close by shop missed either deliberately or through incompetence (wouldn't be the first time!). After a couple of weeks, the repairs are holding. Think I found my new permanent mechanic.

Just moved to Chaska and on Sunday my car wouldn’t start. I knew it was the battery. Looked at local car battery replacement places and based on the reviews decided on Auto Pros. Called first thing Monday morning. Joe answered the phone and said that although they were booked that they would work me in which is just what they did! My Hyundai takes a specific battery which they had and they picked up and returned my car that afternoon. Happy I picked the right place and will continue to give them my business in the future. Thanks Joe and Auto Pros for helping me out!

So thankful we found Auto Pros to help us with our vehicles! They know our cars well...and they know us well! I've received good advice for repairs and tire purchases...gotten rides home and they've allowed me to borrow a vehicle when needed. They've gone the extra step over and over again to help with the repairs we have needed...a wonderful family shop that has served our family well!

Another exceptional auto service experience
I needed to have a car repair done today which, while not major work, could have turned into a real problem left unattended.
Joe had clearly explained to me the nature of the work, gave me a precise estimate (no big surprises), & had a loaner ready for me. Best of all, the work was completed the same day.
I trust these guys. I swear, if they said my car could fly, I'd probably believe them...!

This family owned and operated business is amazing! No price gouging…!! They are thorough, honest, fast, efficient and reasonably priced! I recommend them to everyone!
