I went to management about a problem with my air conditioner. They attentively listened to my concerns and provided a solution. They then respectfully entered my residence and made swift repairs. Very happy with my experience.

Layout is so unique! A quaint loft style. With a balcony leading out to some awesome walking trails. Maintenance crew has quite literally been the best, super friendly, put in a request for my air conditioner and by the next day it was fixed and running!

Loved living here. So quiet. Management was amazing! If I didn't have to move I would have continued living here.

We are a market rate apartment complex in Chaska, MN owned and managed by the Hornig Companies. We have studio, one, and two bedroom apartments with floor plans you won't find anywhere else! Gas stoves in all apartments, and some have lofted bedrooms. Easy access to Hwy 212, Hwy 5, and Hwy 169. Close to the 212 Medical Center.
