The service was done well as expected. But, after the service was completed they recommended routine maintenance work for a vehicle with 60,000 miles. This service amounted to $702. I checked when I got home, and found out they just completed the same service during my last oil check. So, this suggestion first seemed like a scam. When I visited with them, they stated the service person just assumed I had to complete the maintenance work. They failed to look at my service history to see if I had completed it earlier. I could have ended up paying for the service twice. Kind of scarry!

We were headed out of town for our spring fishing trip up North when on a Saturday morning we discovered a nail in our front time. The tech on duty that morning went out of his way to squeeze us in for the tire repair. His name was Tri. Great customer service. We'll be back!
