I'm updating my review. I don't feel one star is fair. The staff here are wonderful and do their best to take care of evwryone. It just stinks they're understaffed at the pharmacy, but that's not something 90% of the people who work here can control.

We came to this pharmacy at 6:30pm on a Wednesday to pick up an antibiotic for strep right after our doctor sent the prescription. It was supposed to be open according to hours online and the hours listed on the door/window. But there was a note taped to the window that the pharmacy is closed for today. It has happened many times before. This is absolutely unacceptable and is putting people’s health and life at risk. I am pregnant and it is absolutely necessary to start the antibiotic for strep right away, since the risks are very serious. If I had knows they will close earlier, I would have had my Dr send it somewhere that’s reliable. I will do that from now on, too many mess ups.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy. Rude employees who have no clue what they’re doing. If you go through the drive thru, no one will even acknowledge you for MINIMUM 10 minutes. There’s always something messed up or wrong with my scripts, I’m over it. I live 2 minutes away and am switching to a farther location to save myself the headache

Never prepared. Wait times are just outrageous. When the clerk told me they would have my perscription filled tomorrow and tomorrow comes and I ask it's still not filled? she laughs and says no, like this happends regularly. Not acceptable. Just go elsewhere for your pharmacy needs.

Pharmacy was busy but the staff remained friendly and professional. Treat people with kindness and they will usually return kindness! The pharmacist Preeti was really helpful.

If I could leave a 1 star I would. Don’t do curbside it will take them 30 minutes to bring it out to you. On top of the long wait time the employees are very rude. Drive a couple more minutes for a better service.

Rarely answer the phone, they send messages that prescriptions are filled when they are not ready, consistently have multiple hour waits after prescriptions were promised to be ready. If our insurance did not require Walgreens we would not go here. CVS in Target and Hy-Vee have much better service.

I am done with Walgreens. I get messages saying my prescription is ready in Chanhassen. I waited 20 minutes in line to pick it up only to learn it’s really not ready. The service at this pharmacy is horrible. Do yourself a favor and pick another pharmacy. I will do the same.

This Chan location is almost as bad as the Chaska location. No one answers the phone. I called at 1:10pm today... been on hold 18 minutes and counting. Figured I had time to write this review. Now the recording says they'll be on lunch 1:30pm - 2:00pm. Wondering if I'll have to hold until then.Update: someone answered at 1:30pm. He was kind (bumping up to 2 stars.) They have the meds... but guess what? Pharmacist is going to lunch! Apparently I have to wait til 4pm now. I get being short-staffed and I still appreciate what this location is doing to try and expedite it (bumping to 3 stars - but that's as far as I can go).

Should be ready before noon prescriptions still not ready at 5:16 p.m. on the same day. Don't call and ask for any sort of help or update. You get put to the back of the line.

Today I give a great review for Walgreens pharmacy in Chanhassen. I also dropped off cinnamon crunch bagels for the relentless work they do with a positive mix of appreciation they give back.The other store workers are just as awesome. it is good to appreciate everybody for what they do. Thanks Walgreens Chanhassen I'm glad you're there.

I love the pharmacists, especially the main guy . However, there is one cashier at the store entrance who is rude, abrupt, and actually pushes the buttons on the check-out screen for the customers if they aren't fast enough. One time I wanted to use my card for a debit, and she reached over and pressed "credit" for me before I had a chance to make my choice. I cringe when I walk in the store and she is working.

Bummer for the senior pharmacist here who I really like, but I have repeatedly had terrible service at this location despite having great service historically at other locations.

Terrible service at the pharmacy. 30 minutes to check insurance? That’s ridiculous. One tech took my cards and walked off with them, 30 minutes later a different tech walked back with them and then proceeded to take an additional 10 minutes to ring up one prescription. They looked fully staffed so I’m not sure what the issue is with this place.
