“We sprung for the "ultimate" package for my wife's birthday and were happy we did.Tommy is an absolutely great tour guide and super knowledgeable about Prince, his music and the MN music scene in general. If you have a chance to get Tommy's tour, DO IT!”
“If you have a passion for nature, flowers, and trees, this destination is a must-see. Located less than a 30-minute drive from downtown Minneapolis, it offers a vast area to explore. A drive-through visit provides a delightful experience, and the ticket price is reasonable. Taking the time to admire the Tulip flowers near the welcome center can turn this into an unforgettable half-day trip with your family. I highly recommend visiting this place at least once if you find yourself in Minnesota.”

1100 Canterbury Rd, Shakopee“Dealers I had were great. They have a soda and coffee self service area. There is a lunch counter food looked good. Wood fired Pizza, soup of the day, Chinese dishes, wings, salads, sandwiches, steak and eggs. BJ tables were $10 and $15 minimum. 3:2 paid on blackjacks, hit soft 17, they have some 4 deck tables, didn't pay attention if all BJ tables were 4 deck but at least 2 were..they offer "free bet BJ and blazing 7's side bets on several tables. It's clean inside and outside. Huge parking areas. I did not see any signs if they allowed semis to park there or not but there were like four or five semis parked there when I was there. I'm going to add Canterbury park to my list of casinos to go to regularly. Lots of Poker tables, and some carnival games too. Looks like they just added video blackjack machines. I was there late night and you could smell the "medicine" inside. But there is no smoking in the casino or track viewing area.”
“What a fantastic way to celebrate our Employee Appreciation Day! Stephanie was fantastic in the office helping to guide me through all the details from number of guests, the food, and how to get the most out of our cruise. And on the day of our boat cruise, Capt. Matt engaged with our employees and had fun with us. Kendra and her team did an exceptional job with the drinks and food, which was delicious. Everyone commented about what a great day it was, and they really appreciated that we did this to honor our employees. I would highly recommend Paradise Charter Cruises and the Minneapolis Queen!”
“Wow stunning course that is a lot of fun to play. Food was great and service even better. Trying to figure out if there was a deal on ugly teal patio umbrellas as there were a lot of them as they are ugly….i think this is funny not annoying…great course and community hopefully I get invited back!”
“Being in the Wedding industry for 6 years, I’ve seen venues that cost 8-13k that don’t run as well as Chaska Event Center. The Event Center team, to Crooked Pint catering blew me and my wife away! Even Security was awesome!
I’d recommend this Event space to everyone and anyone!!!
My only 1 umph is there WILL be people walking around outside if you do want to take wedding photos or etc. BUT YOURE IN LUCK. People in MN understand to just…get out of the way.
Honestly should be up there for Minnesota's best wedding venues!”
“Stephanie was the real MVP! She gave us the flexibility we needed to make our day absolutely perfect! And she was just a gem to work with! Cannot thank her enough.”

“Many food choices and good food, superb entertainment space for BTO concert(seats comfy and staggered so I could see as I'm not tall)and no smoke in building or our room(which was gorgeous). Definitely be back!”
“Amazing wedding location in a timeless building on Lake Minnetonka. This historic club and golf course boasts lakefront golf and a wedding view with a gorgeous ballroom. It is very difficult to book and is a membership club but our event was fantastic too to bottom. I officiated the event and it is one of the classiest venues in our area. Their vendors are fantastic and you have the option of a boat ride for the bride and groom which was fun for the wedding party!”
“Booked a room here through Expedia that was supposed to have a patio. When we got to our room it did not have a patio. We called down to the front desk and they were able to switch our room, and also brought a new key up to us and helped us move our luggage to the new room. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This was also during the time when they had an influx of an additional 90 guests due to flights being canceled at MSP. They stayed calm and accommodating. Our room was large and gorgeous and our private patio was nice, could use a little updating.
Rooms: We had a patio suite with a pull out couch. The room was super spacious and provided us everything we needed. We will be going again and booking that room with an adjoining room for my birthday celebration.”

“Fantastic time! Great music played all night, great service from both front counter and our bar staff. Our homie, Gunner, helped make it awesome letting us finish out our last two frames of our game with our birthday party package. Also keeping our belonging safe during laser tag, we truly appreciate you. He made our night extra special and amazing, he deserve a raise fo sho. #bestcustomerserviceeverLoved that our event package was so simple to set up and loved that they put the party name up on the lanes. Making it so easy to find our group! Highly recommended setting up a package deal for your next gathering(s)!!!”

3131 Campus Dr, Plymouth“Just there for a day conference as a PCA for my client, but there are many issues. First, the handicap accessibility is lacking on the public restrooms; doors are heavy and weighted to close, no handicap door openers. Plus, the restrooms are too small to easily maneuver a wheelchair around in and safely access the handicap stall. As my client had other friends staying at the hotel, we found out that handicap rooms are furthest from the conference rooms and closer to the pool area. This poses a problem for those without a motorized mobility device to get to the events they want because of distance. When I brought up my concerns to the management, I was informed that the hotel was built in 1983, so it wouldn't have to have those features. I found this to be a poor excuse for not upgrading to meet ADA requirements.”
“I attended a workshop here recently. You must sign up online ahead of time bc each project includes specifically created stencils. It was a lot of fun! There were several high school employees who I thought were very helpful. I'd call the experience creativity light. You don't get to make too many choices...but also you dont have to make too many choices!! Sometimes that is the type of craftiness I want to do. At the end of the event you will have a nice crafty piece to display, or give away. And, you won't have to clean up at all. Of note, everyone at the studio stood at large high top work tables. If you have someone in your group who doesnt want to stand for the entire time, you should ask about accommodations.”
