“We had a terrific experience renting bikes for a family get together weekend. The bike shop staff and store owner all helped us put together a fun filled activity. The staff was also very helpful in working hard to reschedule due to poor weather (story of this summer so far). I was happy to discover that the bike store is aimed now more at regular sods like me and not just triathlon athletes. All in all excellent.”

“I went in to buy new running shoes and spent over an hour trying on different brands until I felt that I had the most comfortable ones for my feet. “I went in there looking for a used bow. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, but they also helped me set it all up and got me shooting a great group! “This soccer shop is the best soccer shop in Minnesota. The store has many recent and past club kits including MNUFC, Liverpool, Burnley, Manchester City, and Tottenham. The store also had many other soccer related products which were amazing. The owner was very kind, very nice to talk to, and the best part is that he is from England and actually watches soccer. If I could give this store more than five stars I would.”

“Fan HQ is a great store. They host autograph signings, most of which are paid, but they also sometimes have free signings (they just hosted a free event with Louie Varland from the Twins). This place is the most reliable one around to host autograph signings and also functions day-to-day as a sports memorabilia and apparel store. Staff is really friendly and welcoming, and the owner Shawn is very personable. They have some Fan HQ exclusive items, such as T-shirts and limited signed and numbered memorabilia. I hope this place stays open forever, as chances to meet local (and sometimes National) athletes is really fun.”
“I was referred to come here when I needed a new 3 wood, Tom was tentative and helped me find a great club and gave me a great price, club ended up being nearly $100 cheaper than big well known stores. Definitely has my business from now on even though I live 40 minutes away”

“Matt is the most knowledgeable person around when it comes to sizing hockey skates. He will put you in the right skate with the right fit. If it isn't perfect Matt will get you as close as he can to the perfect fit. If you are having trouble with your skate or are ready for a new pair I highly recommend General Sports.”
“Probably my fave card shop in the metro. It's very cozy and welcoming. Huge variety of everything. I especially like the sit down area where you have plenty of elbow room to go through stuff, without feeling pressed to buy something or rush through the process. They are also very reasonable in negotiating prices of used items.”

“I have been ordering cycling jerseys, bibs, socks, and various accoutrements for years from Twin Six and have always loved what I got. Recently, they went above and beyond in customer service and I wanted to share. I'm a big fan of the T-shirt of the Month (TOTM), and ordered two of the January 2024 version for my husband and me. Unfortunately there was a problem with the new printer, and TS didn't get complete stock to fulfill their orders, including one of my shirts. Not only did TS offer me a refund and/or a replacement, but they also offered me an additional "gift" T-shirt for the inconvenience! That was pretty darn awesome, and went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you to Ginny, and to Twin Six in general for the excellent customer service.”
“There's not a whole lot to.ssy about a shoe store, other than it's a shoe store. I've purchased multiple pairs of shoes here multiple times. One thing that I like is that they seem to be able to keep their inventory online matching their store, so I can look at shoes online and decide what I'm interested in, then just go find them in the store to try them on. The prices aren't better than anywhere else though, but they do have sales like buy one get one half off, so if you like name brand shoes and need more than one pair, you can get a good deal sometimes.”
“O'Neill has wetsuit sizes 4XL-Short and 5XL-Short on their chart, but I couldn't find them online. I called them and expressed my need for size 5XLS and being unable to find it. They informed me that iSnorkel special orders these sizes, so they're only offered through them. I then called them and while they don't have a full 5XLS right now, they were considerate and searched their warehouse and reached back out to me later the same day.Kudos to iSnorkel for taking the interest and understanding the needs of big guys. I hope big guys support them, so they continue to see the value in serving our community. I purchased an Epic 3/2 full in 4XLS. It's the largest I'm going to find and I especially want a Jack O'Neill. Living in Oregon, a wetsuit is a must, so now I have a target size in my weight loss!”
“I can't say enough good things about Chip Groth. Sadly Callaway had issues with phones and emails for several days and this was pushing out ship date out. Our customer needed the items for, and event and Chip stepped up and reached out to Callaway and got these to ship on time for the event. Thank you for all you did to make this a success. “I picked up an AR pistol at a gun show from the BCA stand at the Saint Paul RiverCentre. Visited the store recently and I was impressed. A lot of options to choose to build your AR/AR pistol. I will only buy from this store for future rifles. The woman working was very friendly and welcoming. Brought a family member with for the visit and he purchased an AR pistol smoothly from BCA.”
