I have been working with SmartPress for about 18 months now.
Their products are of excellent quality but most important to me is their customer service. Every time I have had a question or issue, their customer service has stepped up and either answered my question or resolved the issue.
Product quality is certainly important but, as with any business, questions or issues arise and it is excellent customer service that keeps customers coming back as has been the case with me.
If I could give 6 stars, to the SmartPress customer service, I would do that.

WOW. Where to begin…I was trying to find a reasonable print shop to get a large poster (24x36”) made for my wedding. I accidentally stumbled across smartpress, and ended up ordering from them: great discount for first time clients, I very reasonable pricing, I got to approve my proof before it printed, got updates along the way, it got here in TWO DAYS after shipping EARLY, and turned out AMAZING!!
I could not be happier. Great quality, great care in packing it to ship. Will definitely be going through them again for any print needs I have.

Awful. I had a rush order and was never sent a proof. I have been doing an account reset for over 3 days now and cannot log in. Meanwhile my meeting is tomorrow and I had to pay to get my order reprinted by someone else and rushed.

I recently placed my first order with Smartpress, and I am beyond impressed.
Initially, I was a bit hesitant due to the price. It wasn’t too expensive—in fact, it was quite the opposite. I thought such a low cost would mean sacrificing print quality, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The full-color images were vibrant, the black ink densities were rich, and the trimming and finishing were flawless.
The real reason I’m writing this, however, is to praise their exceptional customer service. Due to circumstances beyond their control, my first delivery never arrived—likely stolen from a lobby. This was entirely my problem, not Smartpress’. Yet, when I reached out to inquire, they immediately reprinted the job and overnighted it to me just in time for my event.
Their customer experience is top-notch.
While I’d love to see more paper selection in the future, this experience has earned them a customer for life. Kudos to both the pressroom and the outstanding customer service team!

Smartpress is consistently the most top-notch printing service with the best customer service. As a graphic designer, I always recommend them to my clients and use them often for all my print projects. The quality is always stellar, and if ever I have an issue, they are quick to respond and solve the problem. Just today, an item I received arrived damaged, and they immediately ordered a replacement for me (shoutout to Jami for the quick and friendly service!) - this is why I stick with Smartpress. They are the best!
