My son had been sick & tested negative
(for everything except strep@ the ER), after I contracted symptoms, we drove to Chan UC & they were able to get us seen very quickly. After we waited for our step tests & as the physician assistant was examining us, she told me it’s probably just a cold with sore throat. Upon looking at her computer she stopped talking & said they are both positive, where shall I send the antibiotic?
Moral is: you never know!
Ps- we got in right away & I would use them again. I was grateful to get in. I felt like I was on death’s door & I’m sure my non-verbal son did also:(

There are more honest choices. Dr. Lano, I will miss you, but dishonest billing is a major concern for families. Unfortunately, after 2 decades with this clinic, I no longer recommend it. When you are scheduled for an annual physical, you will be charged for answering general health questions, EVEN if your PPO covers the full cost of a physical. Ridgeview is seizing on a perceived loophole to charge for an "Office Visit" when you answer. This is extremely disappointing. I see both sides of this, having worked at UHG. It is a common practice to be asked (discuss) your general health during your annual covered physical. It is certainly not a common practice to bill your patients when they answer, even when there is a perceived poorly defined loophole. It's a shame. I can also say that this is a recent issue with Ridgeview and can state clearly this was not practiced in the past. When I brought this matter to the attention of billing, the attitude was that we don't care. I hope this review saves you from making this mistake. Once you are billed, it is too late. For me and my family, we will take our healthcare concerns elsewhere.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the urgent care. We have been here twice now with our 1yo and both times they were so kind and took their time with us. I want to specifically shout out the evening staff on Saturday 11/11. I showed up 10 mins before closing with my daughter who was wheezing and had a temp and they were so great to her. From check in to X-ray to the nurses and doctor. Even though they were all supposed to be off work, they took the time to check out her symptoms, give her testing and treatments and even consult other physicians. 10/10 recommend them!

I went to Dr Lee for my annual physical after my regular doctor for last 5 years (Dr. Henjum) retired. Instead of clearly mentioning that I’m there only for my annual physical, I was charged for extra office visit just for having a regular conversation about my overall health. This place is completely dishonest and will try to rip you off if you open your mouth during annual physical. I was going to Dr. Henjum for years and discussed overall health and was never charged for extra visit. Isn’t annual visit all about checking with your doctor your overall wellbeing? I’m not going back here again.

I would give them a 0 if I could. The worst service ever!! My college aged son was in agony with an earache and swollen face and after being seen made multiple attempts over several days to get pain management help and then the office closed for the weekend and the on call doctor would not help us either. Incredible how awful of an experience!!!

After an hour on the phone, trying to talk to a nurse. The lady who answer the phone give me some attitude. This is the worst customer service by phone. Don’t even waste your time here. Go to Allina or any other clinic.

Absolutely the worst clinic I have ever been to, the doctor ordered a bunch blood test and offer no help whatsoever, a letter came to us asking for me to call back to discuss if a medication can be prescribed when she can simply decide from the blood result, I called in just to get that information and another brand new doctor visit charged to my account, extremely disgusting billing practice, no one should visit this clinic
