Made an appt for flu shot for son, arrived 10 min early. Sat there for 45 min and only one person taken back for shot. Two people left after waiting. I finally went to check at the desk and she offered no explanation, no help to figure out why, just said she would cancel our appt which was already past by 35 min. We left without the shot and scheduled one easily at a pharmacy at Cub foods. Obvious disfunction and disinterest.

Horrible, do not recommend. I came to this location for an annual exam and standard lab work (think hemoglobin, glucose, lipid panel). Instead of processing my labs in clinic, they outsourced them to Methodist Hospital. I'm now paying hundreds in lab fees because they were processed as hospital labs instead of clinic labs. If you're looking for a full service laboratory that processes labs on-site, don't come here!

Park Nicollet's billing department refused to send a claim through to my insurance company because it said they were receiving an error. They refused to call provider services at my health insurance or help in any way, which didn't make sense because the claim was the only way they were going to get paid. I ended up calling Park Nicollet four times, until finally I had my insurance do a conference call with them and explain everything all over again. I hope this one goes through. It was ridiculous. This, in addition to the "extended call times" and lack of appointments for months and months means I am going to switch providers come open enrollment. I have been a Park Nicollet patient for at least 25 years, so that says a lot.

We were able to get in the morning to see the doctor without much waiting. Visit was quite effective. Doctor was very attentive and knowledgeable. She prescribed all necessary medications and we were able to get them all from farmacy with no problem. The only issue was at the office an x-ray system malfunction, so x-ray was taken twice.

I went in with a laceration of my left index finger and this physician assistant wanted to send me home after putting on glue and return to work in 24hrs. I work in Healthcare and we use alcohol based hand sanitizer all the time including washing hands frequently, how is this open wound going to be free from infection?After requesting for sutures, she begrudgingly placed 2 stitches without waiting for lidocaine to numb the area. Mind you running between me and another patient she said needed an ambulance.Worst service ever.

Park Nicollet phone system is horrible, they go put of their way to avoid letting you talk to a live person and instead force you to listen to irrelevent messages showing no respect for their patients time. I for one am transferring to non Park Nicollet providers after 30+ years as a patient. I like my doctor but cant accept the way the comany treats me as a patient.Currently 22 minutes on hold and counting

Excellent Doctors and Nurses; I really enjoy Park Nicollet Chanhassen and trust that the care I am receiving. The care team is wonderful!! :)

Park Nicollet is everything that's wrong with healthcare today. Any doc appt is 2 weeks out minimum. So if you're sick, your only option is urgent care. Fun fact, urgent care is now at least a 2 hour wait! They were at 3 hours when I tried going in. What a joke! You're absolutely just a number in the Park Nicollet system, and they try to squeeze you for every dime they can. Care is so hit or miss there. I've had arguments with providers not listening to my issues. Once they tried putting an order in for labs when I didn't need any bloodwork done! After being a patient there for DECADES, I'm officially done with them.

Was told at checkin for urgent care there was one person ahead of us and the wait would be about thirty minutes. After waiting for an hour we asked and was told there were 5 people ahead of us and the wait would be an extra hour and twenty minutes, unacceptable. It seems any time I have to visit a Park Nicollet affiliated urgent care or clinic I leave severely disappointed and or upset.

Absolute worst urgent care ever. 2-3hrs waiting time and all they do is stand around and giggle. Would not recommend for anyone to come here with an emergency or so

My two favorite people at Park Nicollet are Dr.Jared Mell, who treats patients like people and has real conversations with them. I would also recommend, in orthopedics, James Cavallaro. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
