I went to this repair shop and the gentleman at the counter told me the cost of replacing the part I need but said let me see if I can just clean it out first. “Outstanding service at this location. Devon and Quinn helped us buy a new phone for my son and were kind, respectful and very knowledgeable about the phones, Verizon and overall cellphone plans. We got an amazing deal because of their experience directing us to the right plan and phone. In addition, when I returned to the store upset because my emailed bill didn’t reflect what I thought it should, they were very patient and understanding and did an excellent job calming me down and explaining the situation ( Basically, I wasn’t reading the bill right and they helped me figure it out). They could not have handled an irate customer (me!) better! They are just really good people. I’m very impressed and highly recommend this location.”
“Alex and Ryan that work at this location are absolute SUPERSTARS! Whether they are extremely busy and have a line out the door or you are the only person in the store, they give you the same amazing treatment and service. If I was opening any type of a store/company in general, I would go in and poach these guys first as they deserve way better. Not bashing AT&T at all, but I grew up with my grandmother who was a recruiter and I know when I see special people. Thank you Alex and Ryan for taking care of me not only once but a few times coming into this location. “I had great experiences at this T Mobile Chaska location. I have been here several times and have experienced no wait or very short wait times. I had a complex situation arise with a phone that didn't connect with my Bluetooth the way it was supposed to. Store manager Sebastian and Ben bent over backwards to resolve my situation for me. Staff are patient and kind. Truly white glove service!”
“Went to the Minnetonka store by Ridgedale and the wait was 20 people deep. I walked out and went to this location at 7-Hi. Got immediate help. D’Malik was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me give my phone reactivated after repair. Also got me a great deal on a birthday gift for my husband. Highly recommend!!!”

“My mom and I went today to get new iPhones. We worked with Gregory and he was fantastic. He explained how there are deals at certain times of the year and while it was totally up to us, it was not the optimal time to get brand new phones if ours were still working. He helped me file a claim for my iphone over the phone with Asurion for the broken camera I had (I pay for insurance on it) and my new phone arrived at my house tonight and the Asurion person who brought it set it up for me as well. He was also really great.
Gregory was kind and honest and explained things in a very non-condescending way that we could follow. I am a millennial- but cannot pretend to know everything about the world of new phones. We will definitely be back (to hopefully see him) when its the right time to get the best deal.
I will also say the entire store and staff was friendly and inviting.”

“Wow. This Target is immense! I didn't shop long but did cruise my favorite sections and was impressed by how well-stocked and well-organized everything was. The grocery area is extensive, as is the cosmetics and beauty department. Everything is clean and well-lit, and they have tons of self-check stations along with the regular check stands. The self-checks are brand-spanking-new and fast as lightning, plus they're well-spaced, so it's easy to get in and out. They also have a larger-than-average landing zone for packing up your purchases. I definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area and need just about anything.”
