Great prices, had everything I wanted, but its hard to find things in the store. If you asked a staff person you got it, they came so close to great service them kinda dropped the ball.

Quality has gone way downhill while the price has gone way up. $70 a lb for crab legs? Should be embarrassed.

Staff is happy to help or leave you alone if that’s what you prefer. It’s an odd feeling to walk into a store now a days and feel like the people there genuinely care about your experience.

The recent change to meat packaging is terrible.I purchased two filet mignons, pre-packaged in their special new packaging. Both leaked in my refrigerator before I could cook them. And the poundage and price are on the bottom of all the packages meaning that every shopper has to pick them up, turn them over in order to determine the poundage and the price.Nasty.

The deli is very well stocked with stuff I actually enjoy eating. The meat department is quite respectable. They have air chilled chicken for example. Produce area is clean and the produce itself is generally fresh. The staff have been consistently attentive and friendly. If you're a typical Chan / EP suburban upper middle class white person this store has everything you need. If you're even slightly outside that narrow demographic you'll likely be disappointed. Ethnic food selection is more than bad. Pathetic. Choice is limited even for some common white people items e.g. egg noodles. It's Creamette or nothing. Larger and cheaper grocery stores stock items that L&B does not. This is NOT my regular grocery store. But I go here now and again. It is, for example, the only grocery aside from Kowalski's where I'll buy steaks for the grill. But if I need breakfast cereal or toilet paper I go elsewhere.

Their prime rib is such a decent price and is very tasty indeed.

The liquor store here is freakishly overpriced. 50% markup on low end wine compared to Total Wine - it's a complete rip off. And even though I'm way over age 40 I need to show ID? The woman in the deli is obnoxious and adversarial. If you are paying these prices, I recommend Kowalski's Excelsior - beautiful store and great customer service. Do not recommend this store.

I love being able to order groceries online and pick them up at a designated time, but, I am shocked that the pickers will leave items off the list (happens every single time.) I have marked that all items can be substituted for another brand/size if what I ordered is not available. Also, on the order form I include another note informing them to substitute anything that may be missing. Today, I did both of those when I scheduled my groceries at 7am for a 6pm pickup. Around 9am I got a text message letting me know they were out of 2 items and would I allow substitutions? I responded YES and shared those instructions were in the order form in two places as well. I just had a moment from meetings and went to my order to see that two items were not picked. So now I had to create a new order for the missing items, indicate I allow substitutions, pay extra because this is a small order, and hope when I get their text message that I'm not in a meeting and able to respond. Lunds: Please ensure the people picking the groceries have access to the order form where we indicate if we allow substitutions. I should not have to confirm via text message. The whole point of using the online service is because i cannot be there in person and work prevents me from gazing at my phone all day long. This is an easy one to get right given the details are on the order form for all to see.

Small, but well-stocked, with reasonable prices. Also happens to be part of the best Byerly's (Chanhassen location), which is the best grocery store in the state. Perfect for when you are shopping for delicious food and don't want to make one more stop. Don't let the quality of the store mislead you about the cost of the merchandise, the prices are not the least, but far from the most. Cheers ?!

Moderate prices on most products. Good produce selection, meat on the other hand is more expensive. I love the bakery. I usually go there for coffee and a snack. I don't really shop there much since it's not in my area. But I will go in when I'm in the area. They a nice and cozy coffee shop. A good selection in the hot food and salad bar, good for a quick meal or snack. Store is nice and clean. Very well organized.
