Lavine was great on my first visit as we were getting started in the sport. This weekend we went in and the associate was pleasant though didn't have much knowledge of the defensive sticks - it would be good to have folks who know the broad range of product. After further research I now know I bought a stick that was first reviewed on a few websites in Feb 2015. I also saw they had 2 stickers on the shaft label - the top was 119 and underneath was a sticker for 109. Lesson learned is know your product and price so you don't pay full price for older model equipment - most of our online stores will discount older equipment.

I went to Lavin to pick up elbow pads for my 11 year old. The salesman was very helpful while not being pushy. I also brought my son's stick in to ask a couple questions about it. The salesman offered me a little advice on a free way to make the stick legal. He could have tried to sell me a new stick but he specifically told me to wait and have my son use this one since the mesh was still in good shape. I will definitely be going back here and would highly recommend it.

Never will I again spend money or recommend products or service from Lavin Lacrosse. No where is there information about an exchange policy in the store or on my receipt. The equipment was used 4 times and the stitching came out completely! I was told to talk to the manufacturer, nothing can be done for me in the store! My son needs replacement equipment now! Not in a few weeks from the manufacturer! Very unhelpful, I will go elsewhere and so should you!

Nice shop. The worker was helpful. I would have gave it 5 stars if they had a little more selection of shoulder pads. It was the off season though. Good stop and I would definitely do business with them again.

This is the place to go!! Bob is the owner and has been a coach for a long time. As a coach myself I know how important it is the kids are equipped properly and one thing I noticed with Lavin is that they dont shove the most expensive equipment down your throat and they also have some used equipment and in February he has a big used equipment sale where you can even bring in your own old equipment to sell. Trust me on this this is the place to buy all your lacrosse equipment!!
