This still bothers me today, so after almost 2 years, I am telling you my experience. I took my mom into the chanhassen location, where she and my dad had banked since 1953, (along with my grandparents and great grandparents who also banked )to take money out of her savings, she was 90 then, so she needed my assistance, they told her since she hadn't had activity in her savings for quite a while (but continuous activity in her checking), she couldn't just withdraw the money, she would have to show an I.D. ( remember, she continually uses her checking account there), but, due to covid, she was not able to update her driver's license at that time, so therefore her ID was expired (although beside the point) that was not a good enough reason to allow her to withdraw her own money from her savings, remember, she continuously uses her checking account at that same bank. This bank is insane!! As her daughter, you can imagine how mad this made me and I realized how deranged their system is, I told the teller that this was ridiculous and that I demanded her money for her, as she stood by my side and agreed, but again this was not good enough as they called the branch manager over, Huy Vu, to threaten me by removing me from the premises if I did not stop my insistence of giving my mother her own money! I agreed to go outside and wait in the car reluctantly. after fighting with this man for at least 20 minutes, he did "allow"my mother to receive her "own money", wow, what a champ! He was truly the most unprofessional man I have ever dealt with, as well as the system that Old national upheld to not allow my mother to receive her own money from her own savings account! Remember this when you want to open an account there or get a loan. At one point I thought about getting a loan there and now there's not a possibilty in hell that would happen!

Banked with Klein since I could remember. Still have my first account I opened. Once they were bought out. All services have drastically gone down the drain. Customer service especially. My mother also uses old national and just recently her Amazon account was hacked and someone stole over $200 from her account. She spend hours apon hours on hold and on the phone with old nationals horrible service for them to tell her they won't get her money back even though it was stolen. If I could rate 0 stars I would.I recommend no one to bank with old national. Nothing about them screams we are here for you.I have issues with Ronald Reagan but one thing he was absolutely correct on is the scariest 9 words to hear are "I'm from the government and I'm here to help"Old national might not be the government directly but they get bailed out by them and told what to do by them. You are just an extension on the governments hand and you're the hand we wipe out areas with.If you have an account with them, think about changing. I know I'm dropping these degenerates as should anyone else. No need to thank me.

I really miss the wonderful customer service from Klein Bank before Old National took over and brought in new employees. Every time I am here, the customer service is awful.

Please improve the customer service at the drive up. The former Klein bank tellers were amazing. That entire staff is now gone, there is not one person left. Every time I go through the drive up, there is an error on the part of the staff of ONB. This is a financial institution and that is not okay. I have called that branch numerous times with no improvement. I don't want to change banks, since I've been a customer for years, but I am being left with no options. Please talk to the drive up staff at this location to improve their accuracy.

Used to have great customer service untill they have been sold. Now not so good. And dont use the app to make payments it will randomly choose the wrong date and they will not take ownership of the issue and not cover any NSFs accrued do to the glitch.

I had a very bad experience closing an HSA I got through work. They let this account slip into the negative with no warning except for a statement. When I called, their attitude was that of "nobody put a gun to your head to make you open an account."
