When my wife and I joined CFC back in May of 2022, we immediately felt like "these are our people". The staff actually care, the members are welcoming. They push you to reach your goals, but its not an ego-driven environment. Come as you are, and you'll quickly see yourself getting stronger and feeling better. I couldn't say enough good things about CFC and this community!”
“WOW, the update to this gym is incredible. From the AMAZING massage chairs to the new lifting platforms. Fancy red light saunas. I absolutely cannot get over how great this facility is. The staff is so nice and supportive. Eliott makes signing up a breeze and the personal training option was appreciated. Honestly, if you’re even considering it or have any hesitations just go check it out. 1000% worth it- plus no contracts.”
