If I could give zero stars I would. This store does a terrible job and will not make it right. They cut my postcards wrong (I ordered 150 and almost 1/2 were cut crooked). They were willing to "reprint and cut" new ones but not immediately, I would have to come back (I explained I lived in a different town). I was willing to take what I had and use it, but wanted some compensation for it-discount the order (not even for free) and they refused-said I needed to deal with the company I ordered from-yet they are the ones who made the mistake.

Omg learn to multitask. Absolutely demoralizing to stand for 20 minutes to pickup a completed order so the staff could fumble through helping a customer with a print job. Every time the worker stepped back with arms crossed to watch the printer crank out a stack, I thought "huh, you could at least acknowledge me, maybe ask what I need. Maybe realize my order is ready to walk out the door." Restaurant workers solved this a long time ago.

This is a go to place for shipping and copying. Masks are required right now (Jan 2022). I've always been able to get right in and ship. I use the FedEx app at home to generate a shipping label. The they verify it for me and get me a receipt. I also send documents here via the app so when I walk in they are done and ready. Good workspace if you need a place to compile a document with self serve copiers. Easy in. Easy out.

Awful customer service! Clearly store manager did not want to help print or take my order because the store was closing in 30 minutes!!! He was annoyed no matter what we asked!! Go somewhere else!!!!!

Took 3 times to get someone to help me and the gentleman who did, did not instill faith that the package will get there when we need it and in the condition we need it to be in! Will not go back!
