“We were able to get in the morning to see the doctor without much waiting. Visit was quite effective. Doctor was very attentive and knowledgeable. She prescribed all necessary medications and we were able to get them all from farmacy with no problem. The only issue was at the office an x-ray system malfunction, so x-ray was taken twice.”
“Front desk was pleasant, helpful and efficient. I waited less than5 minutes before being taken to an examination room, where the staff was the equal of the front desk. Dr. Markell was super.”

“My son had been sick & tested negative
(for everything except strep@ the ER), after I contracted symptoms, we drove to Chan UC & they were able to get us seen very quickly. After we waited for our step tests & as the physician assistant was examining us, she told me it’s probably just a cold with sore throat. Upon looking at her computer she stopped talking & said they are both positive, where shall I send the antibiotic?
Moral is: you never know!
Ps- we got in right away & I would use them again. I was grateful to get in. I felt like I was on death’s door & I’m sure my non-verbal son did also:(”
