Staff is incredibly rude. The pharmacy manager Sandy is extremely unprofessional and very condescending when speaking with customer. She intentionally hung the phone up on me, after I had already been on hold for 20 minutes, when I was just simply calling to book a flu vaccine appointment. She didn’t like that I was calling to book an appointment and inconveniencing her as opposed to booking one online, even though I explained I was driving and not in a position to book online. I’m shocked she’s a manager, I went to Walgreens as a result to get my flu vaccine and will be switching all prescriptions over there as a result of this rude treatment.

Never have things ready on time. Constant run around or the waiting game.

The staff here is very nice and professional. It’s a busy place, and they are always moving and working. I’m always offered to speak with the pharmacist for any questions, and it doesn’t take them long to come over. They have given me discounts with manufacturer coupons they have.I appreciate that after a certain number of filled prescriptions, they give you a $5 Target coupon which I always use that day.Bonus that there is the grocery area too when there is always something we need.

Long-time customer at this location, going back several years into the Target Pharmacy. I've been happy with my service here, and multiple employees know me by my first name. I had considered changing pharmacies when CVS was coming in, based on CVS reviews elsewhere, but after giving them a chance, they have fulfilled my needs, with just a few issues. Yes, it was a slight inconvenience to no longer be able to check out a couple of Target items at the same time, but considering there's no way for CVS and Target to do that when they're two separate corporations , it's understandable. My only frustration is that at times it looks like CVS's model of financial pressures will show up as work backs up, and it's a little slower at the counter. Considering that only some of the work is up front at the counter, and much of it is in back packaging and documenting the prescriptions, (which HAS to be done before they can be brought up front and delivered to the customer), I'm just fine with when they acknowledge me, say that they'll be right up to help me as soon as they finish the step they're on in putting in the next prescription. Overall, the people are great!

On two separate visits the Target CVS pharmacy team was awesome. First visit I needed meds for my son that were quite expensive and difficult to find. My doctor didn't know Target CVS didn't carry it. The pharmacy team found another location that did have it. They also discounted the price. Second visit they were helpful with explaining some drugs. Very polite and professional group. Will be using Target Chanhassen CVS instead of Walgreens in the future.

This place is so bad that the people behind the counter won't even come up and help. I have waited one hour plus, for an RX that was already transfer two days a go. There were three people in line. The cashier was helping another customer with some issues. The two ladies that was behind the register didn't even bother to help someone. Because you're a pharmacist doesn't mean you can't help customer. I guess that just beneath their scope of practice.

I am not certain if this is policy now across all Target's, but I cannot even ring up a 20 oz bottle of water with my pharmacy pickup? What is the point of having a pharmacy in your store, if I cannot one-stop-shop it. A Walgreens in the parking lot would suffice. There is no benefit now to using a Target Pharmacy for me anymore. I liked when I could pick up a gallon of milk, a loaf of bread, and a dozen eggs with my prescription. You can still do that at Walgreens. Target and CVS teamed up to create a worsened user-experience. I know that Target Pharmacy was not exactly "great" prior to the merge...but it serviced it's one-stop-shop purpose. I cannot buy anything with Sudafed in it from Target. Target officially no longer carries or sells sudafed products. The separately operated CVS located inside Target has sudafed....but if I want to buy sudafed allergy meds with a 6-pack of ensure....no dice. It cannot be done. Two superpower companies that cannot figure out how to provide a simple consumer experience. That's the last for me. I'm switching to Walgreens to get the drive-thru, in addition to the fact that I can buy a bottled water when I pick up my meds at Walgreens. Oddly enough...you can't do that at Target anymore - as I was instructed today by the Pharmacist working, as well as another manager working in guest service confirmed it. They went backwards...Walgreens must be licking their chops.
