I've brought many vacuums to these guys and every time I love my experience! Since I live close, I bring vacuums for my family and friends. Simply dropping them off, free inspection, then they call you later to tell you what needs to be done. I've had one that was un-repairable (they dispose for you), one that I could buy a simple part online to replace (charged me nothing), and a couple that just need deep cleaning (prices are very affordable). Plus, I've learned so much about vacuums, which brands need less repairs, etc. These guys are great!

Excellent customer service. Its great having a Miele dealer in Chanhassen. Their miele bag and accessories are the same price as online so buy local instead of online.

I stopped in to Chanhassen Vacuum to get my Kirby vacuum fixed. I described the issue and they knew right away what had happened and what needed to be repaired. The estimate was reasonable and they were able to fix my vacuum in a couple days. I brought it home and it works like new again! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend their services!

I have been using this vacuum store for 8+ years and always had a very positive experience. I have purchased 3 vacuums from them and always went back for cleaning or any repairs. But the last time I went in for a repair the owner treated me very badly and not only lied about repairing my vacuum but shamed me in front of other customers. He muttered rude comments under his breath and said if his "repair" did not work not to come back. He did not repair my vacuum. It did not work when I got home, so I brought it back. He told me the vacuum worked when it left the store. After all of these years and with a vacuum he sold me, that I would lie about my vacuum not working . He has always been super friendly in the past. I am not sure what is going on but I am looking for a new vacuum store. Beware, the owner may be having some problems he is taking out on customers. Make sure if you go in for a repair to make sure you try the vacuum to ensure the work was done correctly!
