Great gym, very welcoming and easy to get started, which isn't the case with all CrossFit gyms. Ownership is very responsive and engaged. Instructors are helpful. Nice location as well.

Great average joe people. No intimidation. Sun rises are amazing. Workouts are perfect to get the day going.

Excellent gym with great coaches and a fantastic community of people. I drop-in to a lot of gyms and none compare to CFC.
