This location I experienced the worst customer service ever. I tried to give time to go throught the process and I'm still frustrated. To go into a store and hear because I'm not purchasing an Iphone or apple type of device they could not help me. I purchased an item because I was near this location and did not feel like the travel. Every...single...question...they could not answer for me and continued to tell me how I can call in if I'm needing support. Even when asking questions about the device I was trying to purchase, they could do nothing. They basically did what I could have done on my own. Me thinking I could get a better understanding on the item it was better to go into the store and that turned out t o.be a huge disappointment. To come in and spend hundreds and for some over a thousand dollars and they say they can't offer any support makes me question what is the purpose of in store service? Now...I am on long hold times trying to get help with my item. This experience was the worst ever. I feel some lose sight of what customer service is! I truly REGRET going here and hate that I switched my service over because it has been a miserable experience!!!!!! Truly sad!!!!!!!!

The Chanhassen store sucks. Some arrogant young guy (20s) started telling us to wait for the iPhone 15 before he asked what we were looking for. If only I’d taken his name.

I was there to pick 2 new devices. Amel, helped us setting it up, choosing a device protector, he put the liquid screen guard and came running to us with one of the accessories we forgot at the store. The guy is truly honest with work at his heart and goes beyond to help ATT customers.

Just had a bad experience with this store. Went in to cancel an old wireless/internet account, and was not greeted. After standing around waiting for another customer to be waited on, the associate asked me what I needed. After explaining this to him he told me he couldn’t help me. I left and will never be back or use AT&T again.

I went here today and the experience was very uncomfortable. I never went to a AT&T and didn’t get ask “ what do you need help with today ? and/or “ how can I help you? “Mitch and Amel offer two other people help but continue to walk by me for 10 mins straight. I didn’t complain towards them about it because people should know better especially working in customer service.If this was the last AT&T store on earth, I’ll switch carriers before I go back here.

Thank you all of the employees at this location today- I feel bad that I didn't get anyone's names but the 3 guys there today all were so helpful and made sure my mom and I were happy with our plans and new phones. They really went out of their way to listen to us and make sure our phones were 100% set up. THANK YOU!Everyone should go to this location- they are honest, helpful and friendly.

I’ve worked with Daniel twice now and he is absolutely the best! He is professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable. I’ve also witnessed him run this store by himself and work with multiple customers simultaneously, not even breaking for lunch. Thank you Daniel making this one of the best retail experiences I’ve had. I hope AT&T knows how lucky they are to have you.

Amel was very helpful and personable providing great customer service while assisting me with setting up my new phone last week as well as with purchasing a new tv streaming service last month! So appreciated, he is a great asset to your store!

I believe his name was Daniel. Store manager. He not only added services and managed to save me $40 a month. He did it within 5 min getting 2 other customers out the door in between. Dude was absolutely impressive thank you so much for your help boss
