We had been rear ended and AAA recommended ABRA as one of the Auto Body options. We have just moved to Minnesota, so didn't really know who to go to. We chose ABRA since they offered a warranty on their work. ABRA took care of everything with the insurance. We got an appointment within a few days and were kept up to date every day (sometimes twice a day) by text. The customer service was amazing! We were given all the options for car rental, etc. The best part- our car was ready early on Friday (for the weekend) when the estimated ready date was Monday!

Couldn’t even tell that my car was damaged Abra did an amazing job! Jolene was supper helpful and made the process smooth and kept me updated on the timeline of repairs!

I had a great experience with Abra. This is actually our second time working with them and both times they've been fantastic! Both experiences were a result of someone either backing into us, or us getting rear-ended. The former was about three years ago. But recently we brought our Santa Fe in and they fixed our back end within the same time period that they estimated! The vehicle is as good as new! Parts were more than estimated but the insurance company took care of this directly. I only wish my insurance or Abra would have explained to me right away that if it is not our fault that we should file a claim through the other guys' insurance, not my own insurance. After I figured this out and got the right claim filed, Abra took care of us, I'm so greatful!!
