More often than not, the ATM is out of cash. I have stopped coming here when I need cash and just go to the Speedway about ~1.5 miles north on 169. They have a WF ATM, so no fee for me there. Can't say much as I have never stepped inside this branch.

I came in and opened a new checking account yesterday. Thomas Antonelli is who helped me and I wanted to personally say how I greatly appreciate the amazing customer service I got. I was going back and forth between your bank and another one and after I left yesterday I was very happy I chose Wells Fargo. It's hard to come across great customer service these days, or employees that take the time to explain, listen and answer all the questions. So when I come across someone who does all of that I want to make sure I show my appreciation. Also I noticed how friendly the other employees were throughout the bank, so kudos to your team! Thank you

Machine ate my card and tons of money. Was told up to 10 business days for them to investigate this, right before Christmas. This bank is a joke and I recommend nobody else uses their drive through ATM since clearly they can’t service it properly. Claims customer service is 0/10. Repeating the same script to me about 10 business days when I have bills that need to come out.

Have went here twice to simply get my daughter a debit card for her savings account I set up for her. Both times turned away since they didn't have a banker there at the time. Ridiculous lack of customer service and can no longer trust to have my money there. Time to find a new financial institution to work with. Banking should not be this inconvenient. Not to mention the cost of paper checks is absurd if you need them.

It's pretty awful when you simply try to CALL a store and no one can even pickup a stinking phone call. I was simply checking to see if a notary is on hand most days but specifically today. It may be time to leave this corporate bank and go to a smaller, customer oriented business. WF fail....this was identical to both Brooklyn Park locations on the north side and the Champlin locale.

Their ATMs ARE NOT working more often than they ARE, and this alone is enough to make me question why I continue to use this bank. Don't ever try to sneak a stop to this bank into a busy schedule, it will surely be a waste of your time.

They do not answer the phone number posted after several attempts. I shouldn't have to go through the drive through to set up an appointment.

This location has no availability for their consumers. It is just horrible, no one works the drive thru, what is wrong with this company.

High employee turnover so don’t expect any sort of long standing relationship with a banker here. They never answer their phone and service is always extremely slow when inside the branch building.
