I got a new phone online and had issues setting it up myself. I went into the store and CJ was awesome! He was kind, knowledgeable, polite, and problem-solved to fix my operator error without ever making me feel like I was the cause of the problem. (I 100% admit I likely messed something up vs it being the phone.) I’ve been in electronic type stores before where I was belittled. Even after I forgot my Apple password and had to reset it (which is an hour long process), I was never talked down to, which meant a lot.
I will also note that he knew several other customers who came in by name and greeted each one individually. This was really cool to see, especially in this day and age. He was warm yet very professional.
All around it was a great experience and I appreciate CJ and the Verizon team!
