I recently visited the Target Champlin location and am very disappointed and concerned with the level of service I received. I placed an online order for pickup, expecting a wait of about five or so minutes, as is typical with online orders. However, after being approached by an employee named Alvin, he initially brought the wrong order to my car. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. Alvin took the incorrect items back and said he would be right back.
To my frustration, it took him over 30 minutes to return with the correct order. I ended up waiting for a total of 35 or so minutes, which was incredibly inconvenient and just unacceptable. This delay cost me time I could have spent with my family and making dinner, which was very upsetting. As someone whom worked in service for 7 years, I acknowledge that mistakes happen. That was as far from ideal as could be though, having us wait over thirty minutes for an order of 15 or so items.
To make matters worse however, when I got home and checked the groceries, I found that five out of 15 or so items were incorrect, and not to mention that the packaging was poorly handled too. Items were squished and not properly organized; damaged and in poor shape. This indicates a lack of care in preparing and handling the order.
I attempted to resolve all of this by calling their customer service. I spoke with a representative at first, expressing my dissatisfaction, and requested to speak to a manager. I was put on hold for 10 minutes, after which the call was disconnected. Subsequent attempts to reach customer service resulted in no resolution as I was unable to get through.
This experience was extremely frustrating, and I am appalled by the level of service provided. I would like to make it clear that this is not acceptable and needs to be addressed.

old white lady named charlotte stared at me while i’m sitting in the tech section waiting for help after i had already been waiting for about 10 minutes. she came over there putting away security tags and didn’t even say anything to me.

sucks nothing in stock and no registers open just self check, open some more damn registers and stock your registers the managers at target didn’t do anything to open more registers

I've been noticing some fantastic deals on Facebook's Champlin, MN Super Target Clearance & Deals. Reggie Gilbertsor shares with pictures the clearance items that are super cheap, right now. After I see her posts I will then walk to Target and pick up a few of those items. Reggie, thanks for sharing this insider information. (I now notice end caps)

Target sucks. Nothing is ever in stock. Then they change the self check out to 10 items of less. I can understand this but maybe have more than 3 check out lanes open.

I go to target a lot and have had normal experiences or not the best at different locations. But every time I’ve come to Champlin, they have been great (never thought to review until now) I came in on 3/15 and Kaylee at the customer service counter was amazing! I had different returns I had to make, and a pick up order to do. She was so speedy and efficient and was super kind and understanding when it was taking me a while on my phone. Even as I was waiting while she went and grabbed my pick up orders quick, all the other team members were very kind and asked if I needed help. And as I was leaving every team member, I passed, told me to have a great night. Whoever managers this target does great at picking out team members and training.

Clean and organized store. It's so easy to find things. Good customer service. People are friendly and nice, they really care.
