One time I have gone there and there is a line of ten people waiting to get hair cut and a group of women are just chilling in thr back room like they are queens. I walked out . Another time I noticed the manager telling the co worker to go to the back room because the customer wanted to talk to the lady that cut his hair manager lied said she was on lunch . They don't follow what the customers want for a cut. Nails shouldn't be 6 inches long trying to cut hair she almost poked me in the eye .

I've been going to this location for years, had a bad experience last year when they mis interpreted the notes that stated 2" on the top, she gave me a #2 razor cut. Today I used their app to check in online it said 40 min wait, then 2 minutes later it stated 9 min, so I hoped into the car. When I arrived, the board stated 44 min wait, I was told that she was going on break, and I would have to wait another 45 minutes (what?). Never again will I ever go back. I'll go to a salon that makes appointments and doesn't play games or give horrible haircuts.
Here's an idea, maybe take care of the customer first then go on break.

Wait time was 30 minutes… Ended up waiting over an hour because the workers like to talk more than cut hair… Eventually just left.

My stylist Alisha went above and beyond with my haircut. I only had a photo of what I was looking for and she was not only able to get what I wanted it, she exceeded my expectations and gave me the best haircut I’ve had. She has me as a client forever! I got a great haircut from Alisha. She was very sociable and nice to chat with. Because my hair was fine she wanted to use scissors instead of clippers and was attentive about making sure things looked good.
