They even repalletized and wrapped the product better than how it was delivered to them. Vino was a gem and watched the shipment closely all the way through delivery at final destination in Thailand. He put my anxiety at ease with his expertise and personal experience shipping a family member’s china! I had 2 large boxes with an 8 place setting, with 7 pieces power setting. “I bought some fragile and expensive glassware from the local Goodwill store, and i was told that it has to be shipped by a third party. Since This's my first time of doing this, i didn't know what to do. So when i contacted Pack n ship, the quote they gave me was fair and reasonable and they didn't charge me anything to pickup my item. I received my glassware intact and on time. I wish i could give them more than 5 star.”

“Periodically I stop at this post office to send mail, packages, and get stamps. I love this post office. Everyone I've ever seen here has been very nice, helpful and provided great service. The same on 3/27/24 at which time I saw Jeremy and he was the only one at the counter. What a nice pleasant man. He even helped me with the credit card machine and was not in the least impatient or trying to hurry me out of there. He showed me the newest stamps that just came in that day so I bought some. There are several workers I usually see there and they are all very nice each and every time even before the Holidays when the line was so long. I love this post office. I told Jeremy I always put the Post Office logo (from the book of stamps) on an envelope to seal it and write above it, 'Support Your Local Post Office' and he laughed and said Good!”

“The 2 gentleman working yesterday were very helpful and nice. There was no wait and it was a Friday. I'm not sure if it's always like that but in the future if I need to go to the post office it'll be this one.”
“I went to do a 2 page print that I needed quickly, last minute. It took 25 minutes for the clerk to get the email of the print job. I sent it multiple times to their 2 different emails. In all of my past my experience, you can go on one of FedEx's computers and print it yourself. I was not happy with this b/c it made me late to the airport. In past experience, this should have taken +/- 5 minutes.
However, Deanna was very helpful, seemed to care, and did not charge me! I give her alone 5 stars. ? She raised my overall rating of the experience.”
“Yes, this is a mail distribution center but there are times I have to go there a pick up insured packages or certified mail. I have never had any problems getting my packages or certified mail there. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Ring the bell, show them my id, get my package. Its that easy.”

Today I brought in a few packages and hadn't shipped any packages in about 10 years and the lady walked me right through the process. Even helping me switch one box to a bubble wrap mailer to save a few extra dollars. Thank you!”

“I was worried at first that my item would not arrive once it hit this location because of all the bad reviews. But then I thought about how many other thousands of people had packages come through this facility but everything went fine. There would be no need to review it. So that’s why you don’t see too many good reviews. But due to mine leaving this facility in just a few hours unlike other reviews, I’m happy! I was legit scared like almost every other person reading these reviews. I gotta give a 5 star for swiftness and quality service. Sucks for anybody who didn’t have the same experience.”
