We didn’t have a great experience at this location and called the next day to speak with a manager. Sara was very receptive to the information and worked to rectify the situation by offering a gift card or free car washes.
I’m the type of person who just wont return to a location after informing managers of situations but we will return to this location due to Sara’s response to the situation.

Ayy these employees out here charging way too much I mean this Guy Nathan over charge me and extra 15% on my card I called to tell him one of the other workers said it just needed to round up no sense all.

I go to the highschool near this gas station and I understand all the circumstances. But me and my two friends went here to grab something to eat because it was the last day of school and we get out early. Before we even entered the gas station a old lady in a red shirt told us from outside the gas station “ No kids allowed today.” So me and my friend respectfully left just saying “okay”. Thinking this applies to all the highschool students. But as we were walking back to the school I saw people from our school going into the gas station? So I don’t know if this has to do with race or anything but it was just straight up rude. There is no way she can say we can’t go in but other people from our school can and it is not a problem!

Lazy manager, it is 12:05 , time for a snack/lunch for some people, no hot dogs on the grill. We don't get any today....really !!! You guys have refrigerators plus a manager who suppose to take care of the store to MAKE SURE customers leave the store happy....been like this for more then a month ?. Curious if somebody really care .

The inside of this gas station is not well maintained. Today when I visited the women’s bathroom it was not clean. The paper towels dispenser was empty and the hand dryer didn’t work. Also the inside of the store was dirty. Didn’t look like the floor had been cleaned in days.

Day manager who is a white lady… always in a bad mood…Today as I was next In line… she acted as if she closed her lane… once I went to other register… she happily helped the old white man next in line.This is my local store… but I get it… I’ll go to the store that accepts me.

Pump started and stopped constantly, employee inside said some of them just do that and he doesn't know why. Makes filling up pretty irritating.

I have stopped here to grab a quick lunch and they have nothing out. Right now it's 12:30 and they are still set up for breakfast but all the hot carts are empty. I wish this was the only time this has happened but it's pretty common. The cashier was just standing at the register on her phone. It's worth it to go up the street to the other gas stations.
