Love reducing my carbon footprint by donating my old stuff and finding "new" things here. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I don't shop at Goodwill often, but last week I decided to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well-organized it was! I was able to find what I was looking for quickly. The staff here were so helpful, kind, and quick. They have a section at the front of the store that offers local school apparel. That was a great surprise and nice that I didn't have to go through all the racks to see if they had any gear. I'll definitely be back!

People do realize this place does not do charity right? There's one owner and he's a multi-millionaire

I’ve shopped here before and it was fine. But in the last week I donated twice and those employees were very unfriendly. They do not acknowledge you, kind of scowl at you and do not help unload your donation. I had several bags one time which I could unload easily but one time I had a heavy box of clothes and the employee just stood and watched while I took it out of my car and heaved it up on their cart. Also ahead of me was an elderly couple who also unloaded their things while employees stood by. None of them even said one thing. Not even a hello. I don’t know the exact policy here, but every other place I’ve donated, I was greeted and helped if needed. Just a weird experience to me!

You can tell they are understaffed because there are carts full of items to be put out, everywhere. Despite being understaffed the store was clean and had a pretty good variety of stuff out on shelves. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My kids love going here. It is a goodwill store and has a variety of things. Selection changes based on what gets donated. Mainly look for clothes - sometimes they don't have much and other times are like hitting the jackpot.

Can't return, can't try clothes on in store. Worst goodwill I've ever been to.

This place used to be decent and even after donating a few hundred dollars in clothing items I was told the 25% discount was no longer relevant because I'd already received it once back in 98. I'm sorry but that's ridiculous since everything they sell is essentially 100% profit. The items normally sold at Walmart are priced higher at a friggin thrift store. I won't be spending another dime here. And the useless coupon I was given shows they helped 120K people land employment in one year? That's not impressive. Do better. Try harder. Don't shop here.

Let me start out by saying that it is clean and organized inside. However, I will be taking my donations elsewhere. The last several times I have brought items, no one ever greets me or thanks me for my donations. It's really a simple thing to do. Last week I brought in a gently used pancake griddle and asked if they would accept it. It was my mother in laws and she had passed away and I already had one. The man picked it up, brought it in the back and I saw him chuck it about 10 feet into a pile of other stuff. The odds of that now working properly are pretty low. I will drive the extra few miles and bring it to Salvation Army where they greet me and are appreciative of my donations!
