Update: my dog had extensive dental work done in September 2024.
At his two week post procedure appointment... I was not allowed to go into the treatment room with my dog for his check. OK . I get that. But I was not even able to speak to the doctor.
I had questions about his dental surgery and the 12 teeth removed.

We have brought our boxers here since their first checkups and they are now 6! Never had a complaint about anyone there or any service we have received. Love the Elm Creek family!

I want to start by saying I never had a bad experience taking my pet to Elm Creek Animal Hospital. The techs were all very good with my dogs, pricing is transparent and reasonable, and they do a good job calling clients to remind them to get in. I do keep getting calls about a dog I was fostering that has since been rehomed, despite me telling them he is no longer with my family. Otherwise, pretty straightforward.
However, today I received another reminder call. I am actually the accountant for a different veterinary startup, so logically I am now taking my dog to them since there are employee perks involved. When I told this to the staff on the phone, they got really personal and bitter about it and hung up on me. Bummer.

It's great to find a vet that really seems to care about my pets, my previous clinic didn't seem very concerned. Recently my cat Houdini developed a bad cough and they worked us into the schedule quickly and with a couple tests while we were in the office discovered he had bronchitis. They reassured me that it was not a serious case and would clear up. That was a relief and he is better now

The staff here is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My pet is already feeling better after receiving care for a skin condition and a respiratory infection. I was seen the same day that I called and didn’t have any expensive urgent care bills. I felt as though the veterinarian that we saw was not just knowledgeable, but also very compassionate and understanding. She had a solution immediately. I will absolutely come back and I have already referred this office to my friends and family. Best vet experience I have had in the last 20 years. My only regret is not finding this place sooner.

Dr. Zanol has been caring for my pets for years and is always kind, helpful, and honest. She takes the time to answer questions, interact with the pets, and makes the experience as pleasant as possible for all of us. We have had nothing but great experience with Elm Creek Animal Hospital over the years and will continue to drive the 40 minutes for that reason.

This in regards to a letter I received getting fired from a vet that I been a client over 20 years. And that not saying how much I have paid for services in that time. If they can't handle a client they may have her own problems then how can they handle pets.
Dr. Duke was my main vet he was excellent. When he left the clinic went down hill. It happened to me twice trying to get in there.
But to get a letter from Dr. Jen Blum terminating me as a client, after the money I spent in this clinic is a clinic I would never trust my animals.

We've been clients here for 10+ years. Our dogs, cats and even guinea pigs have been cared for wonderfully by the vets and bet techs. Highly recommend.
