Disappointed , went there at 8:30am . Sign on door said opened. Sign also said hours were 8am to 10pm. Lights on, doors locked. Did not see any employee. Least they could do is post current hours. Took my business elsewhere.

Most of the employees are rude. They lie and tell paying customers that there isn't a restroom, when there actually is and they just don't want to clean it.I worked for Dollar tree. This is not one of the better managed ones. Go elsewhere if you would like polite service and access to a restroom when needed.

Sales Associate Carol rudely proceeded to lecture me about not flipping my 15 cards upside down so she could scan the cards quicker in such a “long line as this one”. Well Carol, I patiently waited over 10 minutes in the only register open on a Saturday that was 20+ people deep with ZERO COMPLAINTS as your manager walked past the line to get to her office and shut the door. Don’t lecture customers, get more staff.

This is quite likely the best stocked, cleanest, most well organized Dollar Tree I've been to. Easy parking, plenty of carts or baskets available in the store, and the merchandise is well organized and barely any empty spaces on the shelves. Kudos to the employees and management!! This will be my go-to location going forward, even though it is a bit further from my home!

employees are very rude. my grandma goes here all the time since it’s close to her house and she’s shared some pretty terrible stories about the employees talking down on customers.. INCLUDING RACISM. this location needs to be shutdown.. oh and the manager is terrible.

The manager (Erin) yelled from a back room to an employee telling them I could not take 3 boxes for packing during a domestic situation that’s time sensitive. There were tons (as pictured) laying around and ended up in the trash. She never talked to me face to face, just sat in the booth by the balloons with the door shut and yelled. Really heartless and unprofessional thing to deny someone when it has no impact on you at all.

I just visited this dollar store in Champlin. There were two employees working, one at the register and one stocking the shelves. The line was all the way down the aisle and people were complaining. I approached the second employee informed her that a second cashier would be helpful. She replied that "people need their New Years". andcontinued to place items on the shelves. She rudely informed me that when she was done making sure that people got their New Year's then she'd make it up to the registers. I placed my basket full of items on the floor and walked out, as did many other people.

Like this Dollar tree because they keep it clean, organized, and they have friendly staff for the most part. The one we were there they were very busy and only had 1 checkout line open.

Tiny location. Less selection. Came twice to this location on two different occasions and the store was closed. Seriously need better hours!

Visited here yesterday. The staff seemed stressed, perhaps they had a bad day. A nice family of three, mom, son and daughter who had high energy were looking around the store. Instead of asking them if they needed help finding anything, they were accused of trashing the store. What I saw was a young man take a toy then take three steps then put it down. He was not trashing the store. When the family walked by me they were kind and would say, “Excuse me” and were more polite than most people. I know the staff and the customers can have off days but the store staff set the tone. Try asking customers if they want help finding things instead of accusing a young man, basically a teen or child, of trashing the store. As soon as Customers walk into the store, say welcome. That’s what your competitor does. Be consistent by approaching customers asking if they want help rather than being accusatory. It will go a long way even when you’ve had an off day.

One of the few Dollar Tree stores that seems to have stock and staff. Fairly clean. Closes early though - closed at 6 today - that's a bummer.
