My friends and I usually have a good experience with the staff here, but the technician who saw their dog today treated her so poorly and then told them they need to medicate their dog!? They come in for her annual shots today, and they give no treats or reassurance, just an apathetic greeting. Then she drags her by the collar for this exam, and their dog starts yelping. Then they take her behind closed doors, give her shots, and then come back and try to finish the exam after shots. What kind of caring treatment is that??? Incredibly disappointed with the pink hair doctor. Do better.

Overall, I enjoy our visits to CPPH. Some veterinarians tend to listen "better" than others. The nurses are hands on.

45 minute wait wasn't fun. Appointment at 5:15, got seen at 6. Could hear them talk and laughing in the other room, never ending. Otherwise the Doctor was great.

I really like this clinic. They are straight with me about my pets health and costs. They are also kind and compassionate. The clinic is clean and the location is great. Ive been coming to this vet when Dr Liveringhouse owned it 30 years ago, when Dr Kat was there 5 years ago, and now the new vet that just started. Cant remember her name but she was great. Ive also seen Dr Hinson several times and I like him too!

I've been bringing our dog to the Champlin Park Pet Hospital for years. Everybody is really nice, and my dog does really well with all the staff. She tends to get nervous, but she is at ease here and that makes it a very pleasant experience.

For some reason my dog enjoys going too The pet clinic I think it's because everybody there is so kind and gentle And treats her with the respect She deserves And they do not pressure me the pet owner to do things that I'm not comfortable with Taylor sanwell

Benji was well taken care of and treated with love and concern. I am currently giving Benji the medications recommended and he is doing well. Hopefully everything will work out until his next yearly visit!
