The staff at this location are rarely nice or helpful. Last time i was here, the gentleman seemed to think rubber gloves would be a good choice for riding a motorcycle... Even after i explained that i was looking for something similar to gardening or mechanic gloves.
I ended up finding them myself, but the selection was severely lacking- no small or medium size in what i wanted.

Nathan was very helpful assisting me selecting paint. Had a ton of questions have never purchased paint he went over types brands and also showed me colors.He was very courteous as well

I went there to purchase a lawnmower after looking at the mowers an employee asked if I wanted to buy a mower I said yes after a few questions he turned around walked up to another customer and asked if they needed help needless to say I walked out went to the Andover store and purchased a new Toro mower.

TERRIBLE customer service. Bought a brand new Stihl trimmer and it didn't even work an hour!!! brought it back and WEEKS later still not fixed...said no mechanic! Staff member I spoke to VERY RUDE! Basically told me not his problem and need to wait for a mechanic to come in ...who hasn't come in for WEEKS and MIGHT come in this weekend...but if he doesn't said there is nothing he can do!!!! YOU SOLD ME A FAULTY TRIMMER AND DIDN'T STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCTS!!!! Very disappointing!!!! I am at their mercy to receive a product "sometime" this summer that may or may not work when I get it back again!!!!

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED TERRIBLY. We came in to buy an EGO lawnmower, we were helped out by a younger gentleman who was very nice and helpful. Upon getting to the register to check out we noticed the lawn mower we were about to buy was a completely different model number than what was being sold. The younger gentleman found out it was the wrong one also and trying to help solve the issue. And then some older mid 60’s guy in a cap started to act like he knows it all and kept trying to tell us it was the right one and trying to get us to buy an older model EGO lawnmower for the price of the new one online we were looking for, when we kept trying to explain it was the wrong one nicely to him he said something incredibly rude under his breath. THEY TRIED TO SCAM US FOR AN OLDER MODEL. Will never return here again and I hope no one else gets scammed here. Absolute garbage of a store and its associates.

I went to have keys made and they had low inventory. The keys were cut incorrectly and not even on the right key. Extremely frustrating
