We went in for a donation haircut, 7” is the minimum the company will take. Said on the phone while making the appt that’s what we wanted to do. Told the stylist the exact same thing before he cut. We put trust in the professional that what we asked for is what we’d similarly get. Got home and measured the hair he cut off because it felt off/wrong and he more than doubled what we asked for. Myself was almost 16” and my daughter was over 12”. There was very little communication. I showed pictures of hair very similar to mine of what I wanted, after getting home and styling, it is nowhere near what I asked for.
We couldn’t get into our regular stylist for over a month so decided to try The Hair Gallery with all 5 star reviews and we are nothing but disappointed in the whole thing. Thought about calling to see if they could help fix it but the damage is done and will not return. Would not recommend!

Nikki has been doing my hair extensions for a year and has done my natural hair in years past as well! She is very well educated and will always give her honest professional option! Her many years of experience shows thru her talented work and attention to detail. She has managed to safely bring me from many different dark colors to light again knowing what the hair can and can’t handle. She would never willing do something her clients hair couldn’t handle before voicing risks. Very honest and open hair stylist

I had an issue with a New stylist ..she refused to fix the mistakes she had made. .But Linda took care of me. And was very proffisonal and kind about my bad ordeal Im very happy with the out- come Thank you Linda .Its nice to see an owner. Step up and take respoance ability of their employees ..she did not have to-do that. It just go's to show that their are Still a few good small business that take pride in their work .Thanks again.
