What a grumpy old man and really quite rude. He told me "he was to old to do this work" I am probably his age but I would kindly decline a project if I did not want to do it. Life is to short to have a grumpy old guy barking at you.

SEVERE LACK OF BASIC MANORS &CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!Colleen Carpenter was UNFRIENDLY & JUST PLAIN RUDE on the phone acting like annoyed and like she had better things to do than deal with any of my concerns or answer any of my simple questions and Even hung up on me. ☹️

My wife made an appointment with this shop SEVEN weeks ago. A woman called her today to tell her she needs to reschedule to the end of August. The reasoning behind it is because a regular customer had more damage to her vehicle, and that she was old. So the woman in the phone explained that they need to take care of the other customer first, and then they could maybe get to us. So because they felt like another customer was more deserving of a repair, we were told to try to reschedule a month later. Again, we made this appointment SEVEN weeks ago. The woman kept "kindly" explaining about how damaged the other woman's car was, and that she needs her car, and somehow wanted us to be understanding of that. As if we wouldn't have been out a car, and we didn't need the repair. The woman ended the conversation with a delightful touch of mysoginy by saying to my wife "Well, why don't you go talk to your husband, and then call me back if you want to reschedule." Bring your business elsewhere. New customers are clearly not a priority. Unprofessional, delusional, and disrespectful.

This place is the best! They really know their stuff and did an excellent job on my truck. I had work done on a dent on one side and was so happy with the job they did, I brought it back soon after to fix some rust on the other side.
