“I tried to replace my rear breaks on my truck on a weekend not knowing it had special sensors, needless to say it was bad... The truck was undriveable and we had to use it for work. I had no choice but to find a auto repair shop in my area. I researched ML auto and they had great reviews. They opened up at 8am on Monday and I called at 7:45. Mike answered the phone and I told him my problem. No one wants to work on something a customer has already tried to work on and messed it up, it is nothing but trouble but Mike said bring it in and he would look at it. They were super busy but Mike fit me in and had it repaired that day. I was expecting to have my calipers replaced for about $1000 and to my surprise Mike called and said $118... Yes $118 .

“Brad and his crew are very nice and greeted me with warm demeanor. The AC went out in my car and it was in the 90’s; it felt like an emergency that needed to be resolved. They were able to get me in right after I called. I had called a few other shops prior but only got their voicemail. They ran diagnostics and promptly fixed my car.

“Some of the nicest people I have ever met. I got a flat tire early this morning at 1 am leaving work and left a voice message to be called back in the morning to see if there was any availability around open for a tire repair. I was promptly called back and told I could bring it in right away. Life happens, crazy morning with my animals and getting ready for work I wasn’t able to bring it in until about 9:20. I drove away with a repaired tire promptly at 9:36. Such a weight off of the shoulders and I feel confident in my repair. Thank you all SO much. I am forever grateful. “I don't live in Champlin. My car had issues on my way to visit a friend. I happened to pull over near Austin's Pro Care. It was just about closing time, but they were able to help. They snuck me into their schedule for the next day and had everything fixed and road ready by the end of the day for less than I expected to pay.

Brought my vehicle in after accidently taking my fender off.
I made multiple inquiries on a Thursday evening and got called first thing Friday morning. Complete Auto Service was the only one of 3 shops to call me back.
They offered me a same day appointment but I was unable to make it. We then scheduled it for Monday morning. They allowed me to drop it off after hours in order to assist with my busy schedule.
While the Jeep was in the shop they called me periodically to give me updates.
When I searched how much fender clip repair was on the internet- it varied quite a bit. My research said anywhere from $300-$2000 and possibly more dependant on the damaged. CAS quoted me $200 and then when I picked up the Jeep.. It was even less!
Great service. Friendly employees. I'll definitely be back.... Just hopefully not to fix my bumper again!
