This place has took a nose dive. Can't even get the store open on time. None of the employees know what they are doing anymore. An the new manager verbally abuses customers, vendors and employees for what seems to be no reason, other than to power trip. An the chicken which used to be great is garbage most of the time. If your not a friend of the manager or related to the current staff, don't apply because you won't get hired. 0 outta 10.

If you're colored, you shouldn't be surprised if you don't get a warm welcoming, district manager is equally ignorant. If you don't want hardship, should be smart enough to stay away. Ain't going back.

This place went downhill with all the teen working and some of the older age staff are just rude and lazy, bathrooms will be dirty!! The new smoothie/frappe/shake machine is either always out or THE FLAVORS ARE NOT RIGHT with what they say they are. Drink spot will always be dirty! 0/10 wouldn’t recommend going here anymore!

Not only is this the worst store in cass lake. It's the worst store in America. Can't break 100 dollar bills half the time they cant even break a 50 dollar bill. They don't have breakfast in the morning till after 8 o clock in the am sometimes later then that but you can go in and they have atleast two people working dont recommend

Today there was 2 workers there that refused to help with propane claimed it was frozen and wouldnt try to fix it so I hope they get fired I've always had bad experiences with these 2 workers they both have terrible customer service so does the manager who's never even working
