I have used this shop for many years for any work I need done on my cars. I always feel that I am getting honest advice at a fair price. This time I brought in my vehicle because of hail damage. Rob made everything so easy when dealing with my insurance company. He has a very detailed eye and made sure that every bit of hail damage was covered by my insurance and repaired. We highly recommend Nova-Chek for any body repair you need. Rob did a beautiful job on our Rogue and went out of his way to return our car to us when it was done. Our car was done in just a few days and the quality of the repair is awesome. Can't thank him enough for the service he provided. Good service at a great price. After getting 4 estimates on a dent and paint job under the passenger door, I decided to go with the least expensive - Nova-Chek. Normally I wouldn't do this but their reviews appeared pretty good so I decided to take a chance. Even though they came in at 1/4 the price of the most expensive estimate, the work was done on time. While the finish wasn't as glossy and smooth as the rest of the car it was 100% better and not really noticeable. The next auto body repair need I have, will be fulfilled by Nova-Chek.

This is the first time I had my car repaired here and would definitely recommend this shop. My car needed two different repairs, one as a result of someone else's insurance going to be paying and one repair that my insurance was going to pay. He worked directly with the insurance company for the other person's, taking me out of the process so I didn't have to worry about it. On the other repair, he received the part, it was damaged, he returned it , it took 3 attempts for him to get the part undamaged, I appreciated his attention to detail and ensuring that the part was in great condition before accepting it. He kept me informed on the process all the way through. The car looks great! Again, would definitely recommend Rob and his team at Cannon Falls Nova-Chek!
